I am raising funds for <strong>SPIDER-MAN</strong>, a local protester and hero here in Minneapolis. On August 22, 2026, Nazi provocateur Jake Lang came to our city to rally fellow racists to his cause. Community members showed up to reject that hate, and SPIDER-MAN was among the people standing up for what is right. During the protest, he was arrested by MPD officers after confronting Lang, and he is now facing the immediate burden of bail, legal defense, and the fallout that comes with being jailed for taking a stand.

 I am organizing this fundraiser because SPIDER-MAN cannot do this alone right now, and I want to make sure our community shows up for someone who showed up for Minneapolis. Lo logramos dijimos con mi esposa y mi bebé q con su inocencia no sabía lo q estaba pasando gracias a Dios tengo un sobrino q nos recibió aquí pudimos estar un tiempo en la casa donde el rentaba dado caso q ya teníamos q buscar a donde ir ya q solo estábamos allí hasta tener un trabajo y poder rentar algo como para los 3 el proceso del ascilo continuaba la primera corte nos la dieron para después de 9 meses a entramos aquí a los EEUU sierro día llegó la fecha de corte y nos presentamos, no tenía los recursos para llevar un abogado gracias a Dios la Sra jueza nos dio 9 meses más para otra corte fue allí cuando ya empezaron los preblemas de q si te ibas a corte de allí ya no salías . Contrate un abogado le expliqué todo todo de lo q habíamos vivido de lo q estaba pasando de lo q teníamos q hacernos presente para la corte, el me dijo sabes q para estos casos de ascilo no de soy la seguridad de q se pueda ganar son muy difíciles me dijo y si van a la corte es posible q de allí ya no salgan esas fueron las palabras de el abogado; seguidamente nos dijo lo q puedo hacer por Uds es darles un link para q el día de la corte puedan ingresar y presentarse . Pero si la jueza no les acepta es posible q ella ordene una deportación, gracias a Dios llegó la fecha nos presentamos a la corte la Sra jueza nos aceptó se enojó por un momento xq teníamos q estar allí presente y no por video llamada. Nos dijo q teníamos q avisar cosa q nosotros no lo hicimos. Y q creen para ese entonces nosotros ya tuvimos otro bebé Isaac nació aquí y las cosa cada vez se nos ponía más difícil con dos niños mi esposa pasaba al cuidado de los niños en casa y yo con lo poco de mi sueldo podía sostener a mi familia . muy difícil pero tenía q luchar xq nosotros quisimos esta vida ahora hoy en día mis hijos y mi esposa ya no están conmigo me quedé solo ella vio lo q está pasando aquí en Minneapolis y dijo yo no quiero q nos arresten yo como madre me pondrán en un lugar a mi hija en un lugar de menores tú como padre te llevarán a otra cárcel de hombres y mi hijo q es nacido aquí no lo van a deportar q será q pase con el esas fueron las palabras de ella ! <div>Elizabeth Zuna Caisaguano is a 4th-grade student in Columbia Heights who has been part of our school community since kindergarten. Earlier this month, during the first week back from winter break, Elizabeth and her mother, Rosa, were taken by ICE while on their way to school.

Since then, I have been in medical therapy to recover, but my situation got even more complicated when I was arrested by ICE. During my arrest, I asked not to be pressed on my injured arm, but unfortunately I did not receive the necessary care and was brutally assaulted, which almost led me to need an operation. Fortunately, it wasn’t like that, but I must continue in therapy to be able to heal and recover the mobility of my arm.

<div>    Mauricio does not have any active warrants nor does he have criminal history in either the United States or Honduras. We are raising money to help his family retain legal counsel and secure his release from the detention center in El Paso, TX, where he is currently being held.

<div>    Multiple videos from different angles document the events during his arrest. In the video's, agents can be seen surrounding his vehicle and giving him only a few seconds to exit before breaking his window. As the situation worsened, Mauricio was forcibly dragged from the car, taken to the ground, and physically restrained by several agents at once. During this process, he lost consciousness with the agents on top of him. He was then brutally dragged and handled while unable to move or respond. Videos show visible wounds on his face and chest during the incident.

<div>Mauricio was able to speak briefly with his sister on January 13th around 11:00 AM, confirming that he is alive but injured. He said he is suffering significant pain, including injury to his leg that had recently he had surgery done on. According to Mauricio, his condition was not medically evaluated following the incident, and he has not yet received medical attention for his injuries.

<div>    Mauricio is one of the most genuine, compassionate, and kind-hearted people I have ever met. Watching the way he was brutally handled by these agents is heartbreaking beyond words. Not just for me, but for his sisters and entire family. None of us could have expected the horrendous things they did to him during his arrest.  Mauricio is family to me in every way possible. He is selfless and genuine, always placing others before himself. There is nothing he wouldn’t do for the people he loves. Nobody deserves this kind of treatment, especially him.

<div>The <strong>BAD</strong> news is, because of our country's terrible healthcare system, Taylor’s bills are already adding up. She has already had multiple radiology appointments for scans, specialist visits, and prescription medication charges, and she is facing even more. She may need to purchase specific foods to care for her stomach after intense chemotherapy, a wig if she loses her hair, and transportation for getting to appointments and home. We also don’t know how the chemotherapy will affect her ability to work and pay her everyday bills. She'll have to pay her high deductible this year, and also pay it again in a few months when the new year hits.

Minneapolis People's Pride

<div>The <a href="https://www.fultoncountylibrary.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Fulton County Library</a>  is one of the best parts of McConnellsburg, and really, the entire county. It is a place where people can learn about the world outside of rural PA and be exposed to new ideas. When my family lived in McConnellsburg, the library was one of the few places where we felt safe and like we belonged. The librarians are incredibly kind, supportive, and resourceful, and always helped my step-kids find books they would love. My son spent a ton of time playing at the library's incredibly outfitted kid room (pre-pandemic), and we were so sad when the room became unavailable due to covid-19. I imagine that after nearly two months of covid, that the library needs additional support.<br /><br />

But the gist of the article is that the Library requested $3000 above its usual county budget of $12000, yet the two Republican Commissioners denied the request after lambasting the library for hosting "hate groups". Which groups, exactly? A local mental health office planned to hold an adult LGBT support group at the library. And the Republican Commissions, Ulsh and Bunch, claimed that LGBT groups might be hate groups, because they also likely support "hate groups like BLM". Then Commissioner Ulsh said: "Do we want Muslims coming to our community".<br /><br />The library needs the additional support to continue their mission of being a community resource for ALL. Show your support for community libraries and supportive places by donating. Don't let the hateful ideas coming from leadership be the only voices heard in Fulton County!<br /><br />The library follows the <a href="https://www.ala.org/advocacy/intfreedom/librarybill" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Library Bill of Rights,</a> which states that: <br /><br /><strong>I.
