Help Our "Tucker Man" Get Back on His Paws Our constant companion, our "nana dog," and the best boy we know needs your help. This past week has been a living nightmare for our family. Our beloved pup, Tucker, has been in and out of the emergency vet clinic with a series of scary symptoms that have left us, and the vets, searching for answers. We’ve watched him endure gagging, hacking, shaking, and bloating. He has spent his days in pain and his nights crying, leaving us and our two daughters heartbroken and exhausted. After countless "wee hours" spent in waiting rooms, we are still fighting for a diagnosis. The Situation Tucker still has two major procedures ahead of him to determine if surgery is the next step. As anyone who has faced a veterinary emergency knows, the costs climb rapidly. We are already approaching $5,000 in expenses that we simply could not have anticipated. Tucker isn't just a pet; he’s a member of our family. He’s been our constant since the day we brought him home in October 2020; the patient protector of our girls and the steady heart of our household. He deserves every chance at a long, healthy life. How You Can Help We are asking for donations to help cover Tucker's mounting medical bills and upcoming procedures. No amount is too small, and every single dollar goes directly toward getting him the care he needs. Paying it Forward: Tucker and Dozer came to us from Texas Roundup Animal Rescue, an organization that does incredible work finding homes for pups all across the country. If we are fortunate enough to raise more than what is needed for Tucker’s care, all remaining funds will be donated back to Texas Roundup to help other dogs find their forever families. If you cannot donate, please consider sharing Tucker’s story. Our girls just want their best friend to come home healthy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, positive energy, and support. -Chelsea Myers & Ben Edmonds
