    Robbies first chemotherapy infusion has begun! He was a champ today. He was given several meds at the infusion center and sent home with a pump for an additional medication to be delivered for the next 48 hrs. He was feeling okay until after and now feels a little off. We will monitor for the next several days and his pump will be taken off on Wednesday evening. 1 down. Too many more to go! But he's 1 down!!!!! Thank you all so much for loving us! We are so very thankful, grateful, and blessed !

    Our class went well today. We learned a lot of what to expect, what to watch for, what to do, and lots of big words. I have some learning to do! Robbie's medication regimen is going to be extremely hard on him but we are ready! We were warned he will absolutely lose his hair. So in the next two weeks he will shave his beard. All these changes have been hard on his spirit but he is ready to win and get back to being himself! We got a call after our class that chemotherapy will start Monday. We both feel like he is in amazing hands with the team we have been blessed with. Here we go!!! Please keep praying!

    Robbie had his procedure this morning and we were given the go ahead to continue treatment as oncology sees fit. We still have our education class on Thursday and pray to move very fast from there. We want to thank absolutely everyone for your prayers and positive energy. They are working!

    Robbie is back in the hospital today. With increased, unbearable pain, and a possible GI bleed. He is bleeding, they just need to find out from where. He has been admitted and will have an additional surgery tomorrow. I will keep everyone updated as we get information. Thank you all, again, for all the love and support.

    Robbie had his port placed today . Now he will heal from his colostomy and port surgery and we pray to start his treatment next week. We have a treatment class on October 15th. I will keep you all updated as the days and weeks go on. Thank you to everyone. We appreciate each and every one of you .
