Evening! Thank you everyone who continues to support and love on us Our families truly appreciate it! We were lucky we were able to do our annual Michigan Carmen bday trip. We signed on our land on Carmens 1st bday and its been tradition to take her there for her bday. We were grateful Justice was able to sit and hang with Jayhden and let us steal Carmen ❤️ We had a blast. While gone. Jayhden kept Justice busy as she had to take him to the ER which she found out he has pneumonia. we were sad to hear this. 2 antibiotics added to list. Keep Jayhden in prayers as he fights his pneumonia. Tomorrow we are back to neurosurgeon as Jay had his CT on Thursday. No changes and no new things to report. Good afternoon! Thank you for continued support and prayers! I realized I am behind on our updates on go fund me. Jayhden is still at a 5 on his shunt setting due to some headaches and nausea. That is ok as means he may be at the right setting. We go back on Oct. 6th to see if we can schedule his cranioplasty. If all looks good sounds like its a possibility. This is great news as I will be able to get his Physical,Speech and oT therapies going again. Jayhden doing pretty good with him. His smile coming out more now pressure is less in his head. The girls are sure enjoying him at home. :) Carmen loves checking on dad and making sure he is good. Thank you for continuing to follow him! More is too come as the journey is only getting better. Good evening! I know I havent posted a bit. We been busy! Lol… alot of calls, alot of paperwork and just plain old family time. We are enjoying just having Jayhden home. ❤️ Thank you to all who continue to support, pray and message us. Its appreciated! Jayhden is hanging in there. With lack of therapy he has regressed honestly. He is a bit weaker and its been hard to be a one person caregiver for all his needs. I have figured out his medicaid finally. Not great. I mean 26,000 dollar deductible a year. First 12,892 was hit soooo medicaid is active at this moment. So, we will take it. We are continuing to see the neurosurgeon and fluid is still being decreased. He is doing good with that. We are at a 5 and see the neurosurgeon on friday. CT tomorrow. Otherwise, ya not much more to say. He is doing the best he can he is enjoying eating real food. Thank you again. Chastity

Evening!!! Shout to everyone who continues to support us and love on us. we would not be where we are without the love and support. Today we met with the neurosurgeon who stated the CT looked good. No new bleeds. No new swelling etc. fluid is decreasing. We went ahead and move setting to 5 now. On the way home Jayhden overheated and was sweating so badly. When I got him home threw A/C on and got him cooled off and he slept for about 2 hours. He was tired. We follow up in two weeks again. Thank you again everyone! Hello! New month! New chair! Jayhden is hanging in there. He is here with mom so he not so happy about that. Cant blame him one bit. Therapies and all still on hold unless I help him which he is not a fan of. I found a speech program online that he uses right now 3 times a week. For OT he has been working the core by holding my hand and pulling himself up. He gets real itchy on his back. Soooo he pulls himself forward and I scratch his back. He eats well. During day its been a little less. I still been making shakes with superfoods and vits for the brain in them. Walking is non existent as we have no way to walk him. Pivot transferring gets him up in standing so that something. He had his CT on tuesday we walked over to the hospital here in amery and had lunch with his girls. That was good. Tomorrow we meet with neurosurgeon to go over results. We got the CT to follow up on shunt pulling fluid. See how thats progressing. State insurance is nightmare. They could really care less about Jayhdens situation. Its such a battle. I will never understand why Insurance of any kind has to be ridiculous. Now I see why some foreign type places have no insurance. No stress with that. Unfortunatly, him being here and me not able to work is a strain on our own finances. Just sad how half backwards this world is. Anywho, have some calls in hoping to hear something on rehab for Jay. Might be another out of pocket expense since cant get medicaid on our side and his UMR insurance is max’d for the year. Keep us all in your prayers as we continue to navigate this crazy journey. Evening!!! Sunday funday was a great day!! Thank you everyone who continue to support and love on all of us! ❤️ Jayhden had a great weekend of visitors! Tami Ganon on Friday night.. Elsa on Saturday night came to visit us.. today Jayhdens girls and Blake and his family delivered cake for Jayhden. Huge Thank you to Justice for helping me get Jayhden motivated and she did the pivot transfer with his twice today!!! He let her! Which is huge! As shows he trusted her to hold him. It was pretty awesome to see him stand with her today. He also did some sitting balance with her. I feel he felt very accomplished today. Before bed he was gabbing away with me. Love nights where he feels accomplished and he feels grateful to be alive tonight! Huge! He said today was a win. melted my heart Some days are hard and some days are wins! Evening!!! Soo THANK YOU! Thanks for all love, kindness and support. We are now home about a week and half. We are working out all the bugs. Trying to figure out some routines. Set up at house is challenging! Thankful Justice cane to help bath him. We conjured up a tub in the middle of living room with shower chair. She got him shaved and cleaned up so I could get bedding and things washed up and reset. Good teamwork! Much appreciated. Ross and i were able to get out last night make a run to Sams club and dinner. Thank you Tami Ganon for coming by sitting with Jay. He surely enjoyed your visit. We are pretty lucky. ❤️ I am excited to be able to help this tuesday at work! Yay! Kathylee going to hangout with Jay while I help with an event. Truly thankful. More good news! I was getting Jay ready for day and I stretched his keft arm as he was just irritated and upset cause I need to help him get ready for day. Anywho, his left arm i was able to stretch far out and far up. This huge. Usually its so tight you cant stretch it too far. It was so impressive. So, since we stretched arms went ahead stretched legs. Little OT,PT Session. As you see in pics he is not smoking thats his EMST breathing machine. It helps strengthen his sound. Help with speaking and tone. Soooo!! Speech,OT AND PT knocked out today! He did good! Fluid looking good so far. He dont seem as stressed or edgy sooo take it as a win. Thank you again.
