Hola, me llamo Estela. Desde hace muchos años he dedicado mi vida a rescatar animales de la calle en Zihuatanejo. He visto historias muy difíciles… perritos y gatitos abandonados en la basura, heridos, enfermos, con hambre y sin ninguna oportunidad de sobrevivir. A pesar de todo, nunca les he dado la espalda. Hoy cuido a más de 40 animales rescatados—todos esterilizados, todos sobrevivientes de la calle—y cada uno depende de mí para su alimento, su seguridad y su amor. Pero hoy enfrento una situación muy urgente. Me han pedido desocupar la casa donde vivo este mes, ya que será renovada y vendida. Esto significa que todos mis animales y yo nos quedaremos sin hogar. Tengo un terreno donde puedo construir, pero no tengo los recursos para hacerlo en tan poco tiempo. Por eso estoy pidiendo su ayuda. Necesito recaudar fondos para construir una casita sencilla pero segura donde mis perritos y gatitos puedan estar protegidos. Un lugar donde puedan seguir viviendo con dignidad, lejos del peligro de la calle. Cualquier apoyo—grande o pequeño—hará una gran diferencia para nosotros. Gracias por ayudarme a seguir salvando vidas. Hello, my name is Estela. For many years, I have dedicated my life to rescuing street animals in Zihuatanejo. I have seen some of the most heartbreaking situations imaginable… dogs and cats thrown away in the trash, injured, starving, sick, and left with no chance to survive. Despite everything, I have never turned my back on them. Today, I care for over 40 rescued animals—all sterilized, all survivors of the streets—and each one depends on me for food, safety, and love. Now, I am facing an urgent crisis. I have been asked to vacate the home I rent within this month, as it will be renovated and sold. This means that my animals and I will be left without a home. I do have a small piece of land where I can build, but I do not have the financial resources to do so in such a short time. That is why I am asking for your help. I need to raise funds to build a simple but safe shelter where my dogs and cats can live and be protected. A place where they can continue their lives with dignity, away from the dangers of the street. Any contribution—big or small—will make a meaningful difference.
