My names sam and me and my boyfriend and I have been without power for over a month, and now we’re losing access to water as well. We’ve run out of money and have been relying on the kindness of others and our communities just to get by, especially when it comes to food. On top of that, we’re eight months behind on rent, and every day feels more uncertain as we try to figure out how to keep going. We are both between jobs and have been struggling for work for months now as we both can’t drive without a car and with summer no way to beat the heat after we get kicked out its gona be couch surfing and storing personal things. (if you can't support consider supporting by sharing our story) We’re reaching out because we truly have nowhere else to turn. The funds from this fundraiser will help us buy groceries and, if possible, go toward catching up on rent and restoring our utilities. Even if we can’t cover everything, any help will make a real difference in our daily lives and give us hope that things can get better. We would like to live a semi normal life as we are both in our 20s and i personally have health issues and broke my glasses. Any support, no matter how small, would mean the world to us right now.
