My name is Natasha McFarlane, and I have been waiting over five years for a much-needed foot surgery. During that time, my condition has continued to worsen. The bones in my foot are slowly collapsing, and I rely on orthotics and special shoes just to be able to walk. Unfortunately, even though my condition has become severe enough that I have had to stop working, I am still not considered “emergent enough” under Alberta Health to receive the surgery through the public system. I recently spoke with a private podiatrist who confirmed that the surgery I need can be done privately. My surgery is now booked for June 15, 2026. I have worked hard to save $1,000 toward the procedure, but I still need to raise $3,500 before the surgery date. The surgery I need is called an osteotomy and arthrodesis. It involves reconstructing my midfoot and repairing the damaged bones with plates and small rods. This procedure will help stabilize my foot and slow the progression of my hereditary condition. Living with this pain has affected every part of my life. I want nothing more than to get back on my feet, return to work, and continue providing for my family. I am asking for help from my community, friends, and anyone willing to support my journey toward recovery. Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward paying for my surgery and helping me regain my mobility and independence. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean the world to me. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story and for any support you can give. Anything raised above the 3500.00 needed for the surgery will be put to wards suppourting my recovery.

Hi everyone my name is Natasha, I am trying to help my friend Dave from Bloodhound Trucking raise some funds to pay some pretty steep bills his company has to pay before he can get back to work. Dave is a small business owner and has dedicated his entire savings to his company to keep it afloat. He recently had a huge repair done on his one truck which is where things started to go down hill. What is needed at this moment is to catch up on his insurence and fuel costs so he can get back to work. I know that everyone is struggling but even 1.00 from 1000 people is a huge help. Will it solve all the issues no, however it will give him a fighting chance to keep his 2 trucks on the road and making the deliveries that people really need. If you are able to help its greatly appreciated. If you would like to know more iformation please email me and I can show the bills as proof. So please share or donate if you can. Thank you God bless.

Hi my name is Tasha. I am starting this gofund me in hopes to get more help with funds to continue buying food and coffee or tea for homless people. Every year my children and I go fown to the drop inn centre in calgary alberta to bring food to the people who need help the most. We want to continue to do this on a monthly basis. We would like to be able to purchase more blankets glives and hats. This year has been exceptionally cold for december and we have been trying to get more hot foods and more warm blankets. We noticed that there are people with disabilities starting to show up on the streets. The weather conditions here in calgary can be pretty extreem in the winter. This last year we were only able to help 100 people we would love to be able to help more on an ongoing basis. Thank you for your time, god bless.
