So, almost nine months ago I was in a severe car accident which resulted in my left lung collapsed, left ribs broke, a gash in the left lobe of my skull, and the exterior of my left ear completely ripped off my head. As of September 9th, I was able to have ear reconstructive surgery done. I was in the hospital overnight and had two subdermal tubes in my head for a week for drainage. I have been off work since September 8th and will not be able to return till October 20th, currently with no income. I am working to get temporary disability and have applied for all the state and local assistance I can find, but none of that will kick in till later. Due to all of this, I am currently forced to look for any other kind of assistance to help keep up with food and bills till those arrive.
