<div>Hello, I'm Amanda Rodgers, and I’m fundraising for my nephew, Spencer Rodgers. He’s only 18 years old and was recently the victim of a terrible car accident caused by a drunk driver.

<div>On September 8th, Spencer was driving with his girlfriend when a drunk driver ran a red light at 70 mph and T-boned the driver’s side of his car. His girlfriend thankfully walked away with a concussion, but Spencer took the full impact. He was rushed to the ICU with severe injuries: fractures to his pelvis, femur, and lower leg; a broken rib that partially collapsed a lung; and a crack at the base of his skull.

<div>That first night was critical—his blood pressure kept dropping due to internal bleeding, and doctors worked urgently to stabilize him. While the bleeding has been stopped, Spencer now faces multiple surgeries, an extensive hospital stay, and a long road of rehabilitation.

<div>We are asking for your help to support Spencer’s recovery. Donations will go directly toward his medical bills, rehabilitation, and the support he needs to heal and rebuild his life. At 18 years old, Spencer should be looking forward to new beginnings—not fighting to recover from such a traumatic event.

Help Spencer Heal After Being Hit by a Drunk Driver

<div>Just as I was about to drive off to Kentucky for Cryptidcon in my 2001 Honda, our 2015 mini-van's water pump went out. Now that's only a $500-$700 part but the labor is going to push the fix well into the $2500 range and makes going out of state for a monster convention a very iffy prospect.

<div>I hate to ask for help but if we could pass the plate and possibly get some assistance from our MonsterTalk audience it would be a huge relief. I was hoping to find enough money to justify buying a newer computer for my audio editing but that's off the table with this repair eating up all our "spare" money and then some.

<div>(I don't even know what <em>spare</em> money is - but if just 10% of our MonsterTalk audience gave $1, this problem would evaporate in a rose-scented puff of generosity.)

<p>THANK YOU for reading this! <br /><br />I am James Yeager from Camden TN. I am doing this on behalf of a man with no internet access and too much pride (like all of us) to do it for himself. <br /><br />There are over 50,000 Tactical Response Alumni. I am asking each one for seventy five cents +/-. </p>
<p> Like many others, Rylann Grimmer's family has suffered terribly from the flooding in Louisiana. The difference is that Rylann is a TACTICAL RESPONSE Alumnus and, is therefore, our FAMILY! WE ARE GOING TO HELP! </p>
<p> Not only has his and his mother's home suffered horrible damage and loss of personal property he is now out of work. It is odd for somebody in the construction business to be out of work but waiting for insurance companies takes forever, let alone FEMA, and he will starve waiting for work to surface. <br /><br /> The money will be used to support his family and extended family as they put the broken pieces of their life back together. </p>
<p>Rylann WOULD help you if the roles were reversed! </p>
