<div>I’m Caroline, and together with my little boy Atlas, we created Ground Crew Communications — a project born from resilience, deep love, and an unshakable belief that connection can change the world. After overcoming years of hardship and navigating life with very little support, Atlas and I discovered that the most powerful tools for healing and growth are already within us: communication, creativity, and love.

We are building lesson plans and interactive tools that guide parents and children toward deeper understanding, and we’re working with a variety of modalities to cultivate empathy through holistic and creative approaches. This includes everything from music and storytelling to nature-based activities and mindful communication practices — all designed to nurture connection on every level.
