Hi, my name is Kay Foley and I have run into issues with my rent. I am supposed to be living in income-based housing, but through a mistake and a fluke in my application process, I have been paying full rent on my apartment in Lexington. It was okay, with a struggle, until my job situation dried up in June. While waiting for work, I fell behind on my rent. I’m now trying to get my rent situation settled while I try to not become homeless. I have a 16-year-old dog who is my child. I am asking for help to get caught up on rent. Thank you, this is very difficult to post, but I have very little left.
