The night of July 3rd changed my life forever. A fire broke out in our home and, within minutes, flames destroyed almost our entire three-story house. The most devastating loss of all was that my beloved husband lost his life in the fire. Only one floor of the house was saved, but even that part requires urgent repairs. The roof must be completed, the interior restored, and essential work carried out to make the house safe and habitable again. I was left alone to face overwhelming grief, loss, and the challenge of starting over. As a result of the trauma and moderate depression, I lost my job. I am currently living in rented accommodation, but the cost of rent and the expenses of rebuilding are becoming impossible to manage. Despite everything, I have not given up. I have been clearing and repairing the property myself, and with the help of kind-hearted people I have already started work on the roof. However, there is still much more to be done before I can return home. On top of this, legal proceedings have begun, and I need legal representation to protect what my husband and I worked so hard to build together and what remains after this tragedy. Today, I have only one dream: to return home. To the place where our memories were made and where I hope to rebuild my life. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference.
