Met het realiseren van een grote moestuin krijgen de kinderen vers, gezond en voedzaam eten — een enorme stap vooruit waar we ontzettend trots op zijn. Maar tijdens een recent bezoek van een vriendin van Plenty Food werd pijnlijk duidelijk dat er nog iets essentieels ontbreekt. De 22 kinderen slapen momenteel op versleten matrassen, direct op de grond. Hun grootste wens? Een eigen bed. Een plek om echt uit te rusten, te dromen en kind te kunnen zijn. Daarom willen we 11 stapelbedden met matrassen realiseren. De kosten bedragen €272 per bed, wat neerkomt op een totaalbedrag van €3000 Met jouw bijdrage geef je deze kinderen: een veilige en comfortabele slaapplek betere nachtrust en meer energie overdag waardigheid, rust en het gevoel gezien te worden Deze GoFundMe is opgezet door Alejandra, een vriendin van Plenty Food. Het weeshuis wordt met enorme toewijding geleid door Vincent en Yassin die zich elke dag inzet voor het welzijn van de kinderen in het weeshuis en de dieren in het asiel. For €3000 we can provide 11 bunk beds and mattresses, giving them safety, peace, and dignity. Will you help fulfill their simple but life-changing wish? The Plenty Food foundation, supports the orphanage and animal shelter of the Kiganda Vegan Orphans Support Organisation (https://plentyfood.org/plenty-vegetables-for-uganda/ ) in Uganda. By organising a vegetable garden the children are provided with fresh, healthy, and nutritious food—a huge step forward that we are incredibly proud of. But during a recent visit from a friend of Plenty Food, it became painfully clear that something essential is still missing. The 22 children currently sleep on worn-out mattresses directly on the floor. Their greatest wish? A bed of their own. A place to truly rest, dream, and be a child. That is why we want to provide 11 bunk beds with mattresses. The cost is €272 per bed, for a total of €3000. Dear supporter, The NGO Kiganda Animal Shelter in Uganda helps a group of animals, mainly dogs, cats, cows and other animals, who are living in very difficult conditions, as all the animals come from the streets. The shelter aims to give the animals a better life with veterinary care, shelter and food. There are many animals, between 85 and 100 dogs, cats and other animals. They NEED OUR HELP to survive the very difficult conditions. Please help us to set up a loving and caring shelter home for the animals.
