<div>Al Siebert was admitted into his local hospital on Friday, May 9, 2025, with what doctors originally thought was atypical pneumonia. It was quickly determined that Al is suffering from advanced lung disease due to a rare, but serious side effect from a heart medication he has been on for 2 years.

<div>Al has been mentoring and ministering to teenagers and young people with Southern California Youth for Christ for 55 years and has devoted his life to the service of Jesus Christ. He has mentored and touched thousands of lives in his ministry over the last half of a century. He and his wife Hannah have been married for 54 years and he has 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law and 4 grandchildren.

<div>Jonny was only 13 years old. When he was walking home from school on March 27 2025, he stopped by his friends house who lives in the same neighborhood, upon arrival there were numerous unsecured and loaded automated weapons at the residence where Jonny tragically lost his life. There was 2 boys and one female adult in the home. 
</div>

<div>Senate Bill 53 mandates that all firearms in a residence must be securely stored when not in the immediate possession or control of the owner or an authorized user. Secure storage is defined as keeping firearms in a California Department of Justice-certified safety device or a secure gun safe.  <br />

Justice for Jonny: Honoring His Memory

<div>It is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating news that our dear friend, colleague, and beloved teacher, Reeve Hartman, has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) — a rare and aggressive form of cancer.

<div>For 28 years, Reeve has been a pillar in the Irvine Unified School District, inspiring thousands of students as a World History teacher, and creating a classroom where every student feels welcome, valued, and excited to learn. Former students often return years later, remembering that history was fun, because of their time in his classroom.

<div>Reeve is a devoted husband to Alison and proud father of five incredible children. He has supported his family of seven on a single teacher’s salary. He has spent countless hours not just teaching, but coaching his kids, attending games, and leading with kindness, humor, and humility.

<div>Reeve was named Teacher of the Year at South Lake Middle School, has served on district committees, and shaped lives inside and outside the classroom. Now, it is our turn to lift Reeve up and his family.

Rally for Reeve - Help a Teacher, Husband, Father and Friend

On March 26, 2021, we lost Juliette. Words fail to capture how devastating the loss is to our 3 children, our parents, our friends, the thousands of others whose lives she touched, and myself, blessed to be her husband for the past 18 years.<br /><br />The person she was exceeded most adjectives. She was defined by her passion and love. An absolute lioness. Beautiful, strong, proud, confident. To know her was to love her. Her smile and sweet laugh always lit up a room.<br /><br />First and foremost, she loved our three children, and easily placed their needs above anything else she had accomplished in life. She loved them unconditionally and with her entire soul. Each of them a beautiful reflection of some of her amazing strengths. Through them she lives on and will carry them each to greatness.<br /><br />In the public eye, the world knew her as the fitness goddess. She put in so much work to chase the physique of her dreams. Over a decade of pushing her body to its limits, working out for hours every day, and loving every minute of it. It earned her the ability to finally do the things she dreamed of doing. Seeing more of the<br />world, meeting people like her that also shared a passion for food and working out, and putting smiles on so many faces.<br /><br />We take comfort in knowing how strong her faith was. She is now at peace and in the Lord’s loving care.<br /><br />Many people have asked how to contribute in her memory.
