 Right now, our dear friend Maria Paula Pagan is facing the fight of her life, and she needs our help.

 Maria, a devoted Respiratory Care Practitioner, has spent her career caring for patients when they were most vulnerable. Now, she is the one in need of care.
</div>

 For the past two years, Maria has been bravely battling serious complications from an infection, all while managing chronic conditions like lupus, nephritis, and fibromyalgia.
</div>
<div>
 Recently, her situation took a critical turn. The infection has spread to her bloodstream, leaving her septic and dealing with dangerous blood clots.
</div>

 She has been unable to work for seven months, and the financial strain of prolonged hospitalization and intensive treatments has become overwhelming.
</div>
<div>
 We are asking for your support to help Maria and her husband, Rene, cover medical costs and daily living expenses during this incredibly difficult time.

<div>This is a call to help someone who is good. Maria has been battling Lupus Nephritis for 18 years. It has taken much from her, even the loss of a pregnancy.

<div>She is a single parent who also provides financial support for her family back home on a monthly basis.
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, her chemo treatments are becoming more frequent. And she is unable to work for weeks following the chemo.
</div>

<div>At this point, all insurance programs are not contributing . So all help provided through this will go straight to paying the costs of maintaining the home she’s made for her family, and to cover many expenses of this treatment that has not been cover for insurances.

Our hearts are filled with sorrow upon hearing the news about passing of our colleague and a dear friend Rudi Sola while on vacation in Croatia. As many of you might know, Rudi was a single father of two wonderful boys, Mebruk and Mikail. Rudi was the most caring father who devoted his life raising them and ensuring that they have a good education. We, friends and colleagues of Rudi, are fundraising to cover the immediate unexpected costs that these two boys can not bear without our help. Funds will be used to pay the rent and utility costs of their apartment in The Hague.
