Fue como una segunda mamá para mí. Me crió con historias hermosas, recetas que sabía de memoria, canciones que cantaba mientras me peinaba… Pero desde hace un tiempo, su memoria empezó a borrarse. Primero eran cosas pequeñas. Luego, comenzó a confundir los días, los nombres. Ahora, no puede tan siquiera verme.

Está postrada en una cama y en una silla de ruedas, sin abrir los ojos y con quejidos constantes, como si viviera en un mundo al que ya no podemos llegar.

Cada día es una lucha para conseguir pañales, alimentos especiales, medicamentos para el dolor, vitaminas, gasas, jeringas, cremas, sabanas limpias, agua potable… cosas básicas que simplemente no tenemos.

All my life, she’s been my example of strength, kindness, and wisdom. She was like a second mother to me. She raised me with beautiful stories, recipes she knew by heart, songs she sang while brushing my hair… But some time ago, her memory began to fade. At first, it was little things. Then she started confusing days and names. Now, she can’t even look at me.

We have no access to specialists or proper therapy.</strong> Every day is a battle to find diapers, special foods, pain medications, vitamins, gauze, syringes, creams, clean sheets, potable water… the most basic things we simply don’t have.

<div>What hurts the most is seeing her like this, knowing that all she needs now is dignified care, relief, and love. I don’t want my grandmother to spend her final days in anguish and neglect. <div>intoxicó por algo que ingirió cuando estaba de paseo y lo tienen en emergencia, el hígado de un perro debería estar entre 100-200 y el de Kylo está en 2mil de intoxicación, necesita ser atendido de emergencia,  para que puedan comenzar a tratarlo y ver si puede ir mejorando, tienen que hospitalizarlo por 72 horas para ver cómo va reaccionando a los medicamentos, su estado es crítico y debemos hacer todo lo posible para salvar su vida. Hemos ido a dos veterinarios y los montos han sido sumamente altos en cada uno, lo tuvieron hospitalizado por 3 días donde pudieron estabilizarlo un poco pero no estaba respondiendo a los medicamentos que se le estaban dando, hablamos con la doctora y ella recomendó que lo lleváramos a un internista para lograr saber qué está sucediendo con su hígado, en el internista se duplicaron los gastos a más de la mitad de lo que eran antes. Muchas gracias a todos de corazón  oren mucho por mi bebé y vamos a enviarle las mejores energías del mundo, cada ayuda cuenta!

Operemos a dixon ❤️

Mi nombre es Gabriela Alfieri y estoy necesitando ayuda con la operación (reemplazo de ambas caderas) de mi papá Mauricio Alfieri. Como muchos lo conocen, y para los que no, mi papá siempre ha sido un hombre con bastante energía e ímpetu; pero desde hace un tiempo se ha encontrado viviendo una vida de extremo dolor.
Mi padre a pesar de todo, jamás ha dejado de estar para quienes lo necesitamos. 
Sobretodo, ha hecho su mayor esfuerzo para siempre estar presente para mi hermano mas pequeño que es quien más lo necesita. Por esto, mi papá no solamente presenta un dolor extremadamente fuerte al caminar y hacer sus actividades cotidianas; si no también una fuerte depresión por el no poder caminar y llevar una vida normal.

La operación consiste en el reemplazo de total de ambas caderas.

Mi papá es fiel creyente en Dios y sabemos que con la ayuda de ustedes y la de El, podremos salir de esto.

Ninguna ayuda es muy pequeña.

A principios de julio de 2020, <strong>Manu</strong> ( Manuel Jose Chalbaud Hernandez )  comenzó a mostrar un color de piel muy pálido y no el mismo nivel de energía que siempre tenía, por lo que sus padres  ( Ana Carolina Hernandez mi hermana y David Chalbaud )  decidieron llevarlo a su médico para un chequeo de rutina.<br /> <br />El 17 de julio de 2020, sus padres recibieron una muy triste noticia, a Manuel le diagnosticaron <strong>Leucemia Mieloide Aguda</strong>, uno de los tipos de leucemia más agresivos.<br /> <br />Manuel es un niño de 11 años que vive en Venezuela con sus padres y su hermana de 14 años. Desafortunadamente, debido a la situación económica en Venezuela, no tienen seguro de salud. Las condiciones de vida en Venezuela son precarias y es extremadamente difícil obtener los suministros médicos necesarios para un tratamiento que pudiera alcanzar los 2 años. Hay solo unos pocos hospitales que cuentan con el equipo y los suministros necesarios para la quimioterapia.<br /> <br />Con tu apoyo, lograremos  cubrir el tratamiento y el posible trasplante de médula ósea que los doctores anticipan.<br /> <br />¡En nombre de Manuel,  toda su familia y en lo personal como su tia, queremos agradecerles en principio por sus  oraciones y el apoyo que hemos recibido! HELP JOSE MORA HAVE HIS OPERATION

Hello everyone, my name is José Mora, I am Venezuelan. I am currently 66 years old, in a few days I will be 67 years old. 

My health problems began a few years ago when I noticed that my urine was not normal; I gradually started to have a low urine output along with pain. Despite the fact that I knew that I had urinary problems, I did not get proper treatment due to lack of money. I went to see doctors for examinations and checkups when my health problem got worse and the doctors’ diagnosis was that my prostate was swollen.

Years passed and my prostate became so swollen that it tightened the urethra causing obstruction and making it almost impossible to pass urine. For this reason, in February, I could only pass urine as a leakage, I went through urethral dilation procedure and a probe was placed. This probe was placed periodically. Just recently I had to be admitted into the Emergency Room of a Hospital because I had a high fever and chronic pains in the pelvic area and the whole body because of an accumulation of urine. The doctors told me that if I had not gone to the hospital that day, I could have faced a burst bladder and I could have died. The doctors placed a draining catheter for urine. I experienced a bacterial infection, so I received treatment with a wide-spectrum antibiotic. 

Throughout this process, I have undergone gauging procedures attempting to open the urethra, and as a result of this my urethra and reproductive system have been damaged. For this reason I urgently need a urethral reconstructive operation with oral graft so that I may be able to pass urine normally. There is no public health system In Venezuela where I can undergo this type of surgery, so I must necessarily resort to Private Clinics where the costs of doctors’ fees, hospitalization, treatments, medications etc. are very high. For this reason, I must appeal to the help of everyone willing to give a hand in this time of need. The surgical procedures I need are called: INTERNAL ENDOSCOPIC URETHROTOMY, ENDOSCOPIC TRANSURETHRAL PROSTACTETOMY, which will help me for an effective recovery.

AYUDA A OPERAR A JOSE MORA 

Hola a todos, mi nombre es José Mora, de nacionalidad venezolana, actualmente tengo 66 años de edad y en pocos días cumpliré 67 años. Mi historia comenzó hace unos años atrás al notar que mi micción no era normal, la cual fue perdiendo intensidad poco a poco con los pasos de días, meses y años, pero a pesar de saber que no estaba bien y por falta de recursos económicos no tuve la oportunidad de tratarme. Tuve algunas consultas y exámenes médicos cuando el problema se fue agravando, en donde se me indicaba que tenía la Próstata inflamada. 

Pasaron los años y en virtud de que la Próstata se inflamo tanto, apretó la Uretra causando obstaculización y haciendo casi imposible la expulsión de orina que generaba mi cuerpo: es por ello que en febrero ya presentaba solo goteo, haciéndome una dilatación uretral y colocación de sonda. Esta colación de sonda ha sido intermitente; por lo que en días recientes tuve que ingresar por Emergencia a un Centro Hospitalario ya que sentía Fiebre Alta por dolores crónicos en la zona pélvica y en el cuerpo porque tenía orina acumulada y donde se me indico que de no haber ido dicho día, podía haberse explotado la vejiga ya que no aguantaba más capacidad y fallecer en ese momento. Fui drenado y se me coloca una sonda para solventar en parte el problema en la micción. Mi cuerpo sufrió de infección producto de bacterias, por lo que se me aplico antibióticos de alto espectro.

En todo este proceso he sido sometido procedimientos de calibración para intentar apertura la uretra, pero ha sido totalmente lastimada, así como mi aparato reproductor, por lo que necesito con carácter de Urgencia una operación reconstructiva de Uretra con injerto bucal para que pueda hacer una micción correcta. En Venezuela no se cuenta con un sistema de salud público donde pueda realizarme la Intervención Quirúrgica, por lo que debo acudir necesariamente con la ayuda de todos ustedes a Clínicas Privadas donde son altamente elevados los Costos de honorarios profesionales médicos, hospitalización, tratamientos, medicamentos para lograr mi sanación y poder realizar los procedimientos quirúrgicos llamados URETROMIA INTERNA ENDOSCOPICA, PROSTACTETOMIA TRANSURETRAL ENDOSCOPICA y lograr una efectiva recuperación
