The Total Futbol Academy (TFA) Boys U14 team, based in North Hollywood, California, is preparing for an incredible journey to Saint Louis, Missouri for Nationals from June 11-14, 2026. This marks the first time our team has qualified for Nationals, and for many of our players, it will be their first trip out of state. Since forming in 2022/23, these boys have shown remarkable dedication, becoming one of the top 100 teams in California and one of only 24 teams nationwide invited to Nationals for the Elite Academy (EA) league. In September 2025, the team also topped the annual fall showcase in Utah, showing their commitment and talent on a national stage.
Our club is proud to support a diverse group of 7th and 8th graders, many of whom maintain high GPAs and come from a wide range of backgrounds. They practice at the renowned Whitsett Soccer Complex, a hub of soccer culture in Los Angeles, and are the first youth team from this LA City park to reach a national event. TFA is a non-profit organization, and many volunteer hours go into keeping costs affordable for families. The club provides financial aid, but this out-of-state trip presents new challenges. Donations will help cover hotel, airfare, van rentals, food, and coach expenses for the 5-day journey, ensuring every player can participate and represent our community on a national stage.
We invite you to support these dedicated young athletes as they pursue their dreams. As a token of our gratitude, we will share a free Team Manager Handbook for Youth Soccer Clubs, authored by Coach Vlad, which draws on over a decade of experience and the rich history of TFA. Your support will continue to shape the lives of our players as we march towards developing college scholars and college athletes with leadership skills for the next generation of student-athletes. Your generosity will not only help our team, but also benefit youth soccer communities across the country. Thank you for making a lasting impact!
