Vincent is a 14-year-old Pokémon fan living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and he and his dad have turned our amazing hobby into a mission — trading Pokémon cards up to help fund accessibility needs, medical care, travel for appointments, and the day-to-day essentials that make life easier for Vincent.
