<div>Hello to our kind and generous community members. We are Sireen Beseiso and Dalia Salloum. Sireen is a Palestinian-American mother and proud to be from Gaza. Sireen was evacuated from Gaza in January 2024 with her son, my mother, father , and sister. They were reunited with her other siblings in Salt Lake City. Dalia is an American born Palestinian from Ramallah in the West Bank. Obviously, we instantly became sisters and have been working together, laughing together, and crying together nonstop since the genocide began.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>FAQs</strong>:
</div>
<div><strong>1. Who is this fundraiser benefitting?</strong>
</div>
<div>Imagine the worst case scenario, your entire community where you grew up is completely destroyed and everyone you ever knew in your life is suffering in some way or another to survive. These are the people who are benifitting. Sireen and I both have friends and family members living in Gaza. We are helping people we know in real life. Not people we met on the internet. Our childhood friends and their families, our neighbors in the West Bank who have family in Gaza. Our aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. These are people we know and love.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>2. Does donating even help?</strong>
</div>
<div>Yes! We have direct connections to people there. Donating helps. It gets money into people's hands so they can buy what they need from the markets. The economy has not stopped despite complete death and destruction. The rents are still due, and the prices continue to rise. Donating will not end the violence, but it will help our loved ones get a little bit of food into their childrens' bellies.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>3. How much should we donate?</strong>
</div>
<div>As much as you can. Every single dollar makes a difference. We live in relative comfort and have everything we need here in the USA and in the West. So we encourage everyone to share their resources. This is a powerful act. This is a way to help people who are suffering at the hands of our tax dollars. It is a way to do what our leaders will not. It is very empowering and we can continue to help with your generosity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>4. How do you get money into Gaza?</strong>
</div>
<div>As someone who has spent much of her life in Gaza, I have many ways of delivering money and supplies directly to families in need. I am currently working directly with my dear sister Dalia Salloum to deliver much of the funds raised in this campaign, carrying on from her work on the Hot Cocoa's for Gaza's Children Holiday Donation Drive - which raised over 15 thousand dollars! I am asking my fellow Americans to continue to help us get money to our families and friends in need. I'm asking y'all to have faith in me, as someone with with direct ties to the people there, to keep the flow of aid going.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>5. If aid is trickling in, how much are groceries in Gaza right now?</strong>
</div>
<div>As many know, prices are very high in Gaza. Please keep in mind that there has been no functioning society - this is uncharted territory for humanity. For example- 1kg of flour is $60, 1 kg of sugar $120, 1kg of pasta $30, 1 kg of lentils is $26, and 1 kg of rice is $45. Imagine! Fruit and vegetables are at a very high cost as well.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>6</strong>.<strong> I refuse to support this type of economy! Why should I donate to a crumbling society where groceries are this high?</strong>
</div>
<div>Because its easy!!! Because you can!! And because it gives our beautiful loved ones HOPE. It reminds them that they should continue to survive while we continue to pressure our governments for a solution. We cannot all be activists and freedom fighters, but we can all contribute a little bit of money.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you so much for giving us hope in the power of community and the power of collective action. We love you!

All Together Mutual Aid

<div>Hello, I'm Adrian. I'm a local community organizer, LGBTQ+ rights activist, victim advocate, first-generation Mexican immigrant and domestic violence survivor who has lived in Utah for the past 28 years. I work full time empowering Native American survivors of violence and connecting them to resources. I helped re-start the Utah Anti-War Committee and was a founding member of Utah Against Police Brutality.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'm reaching out because I need to raise $600 to resolve a debt over a loan on which I defaulted after a mental health crisis caused me to be abruptly fired from my previous job at the beginning of 2026, when many federally-funded nonprofits started firing disabled and marginalized workers. I was sued over this debt and despite three well-documented settlement offers, the creditor aggressively pursued a judgment against me. I am the sole breadwinner for my household of three supporting my disabled partner and our rescue dog, who has PTSD. I am physically disabled, living with multiple severe and persistent mental illnesses and last year I got a traumatic brain injury from which I am still experiencing symptoms, so I can't take on another job or even gig work.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have already paid $1000 on my own, however, despite working full time, I live paycheck to paycheck, and given the rising cost of living, it's not always enough to make ends meet.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>100% of the proceeds go paying off this debt, which will help me to repair my credit so that I can maintain my independence and continue providing for my family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution, no matter the size, brings me and my family closer to financial stability and allows me to continue the advocacy work I'm passionate about.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I greatly appreciate it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Sincerely,
</div>

<div>Hello I am Kari Jones from the United States and I am the co-organizer of this fundraiser. My plan is to help this wonderful family survive and prosper through this difficult time. Thank you to everyone who can donate or share this fundraiser.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Moein Radi, I live in Gaza, I have seven people, three and four boys, my son was martyred due to cancer and our house was completely bombed on 9/6/2024. My eldest son Mohammed is studying at university and he needs school supplies and tuition fees because he wants to achieve his dream of completing his university studies. My young son Yousef and my young daughter were injured and suffered severe burns and are in great need of cleaning materials and now they need to provide food and medicine. We live in a tent under difficult climatic conditions due to the lack of necessary blankets and facilities that protect us from the heat of the sun. We live in very difficult living conditions due to the high prices of products. I created this campaign to save my family. Please help me and my family by donating to me or spreading awareness to reach a large number of people.

Moein's Family Needs Your Help to Recover

<div>Hi I'm Grae from Salt Lake City Utah! (@no.wheygrae on IG) I am putting this fundraiser together for the Sabrin family. Sabrin is a mother of 4 sons, 3 daughters, and grandmother to 2 grandchildren. They are tragically caught in the middle of the war in Gaza. Currently, they are taking shelter in a tent in Al Moasey. They have been displaced several times, already. I was moved to organize for them after getting to know the eldest brother Mohammed and the sister Shomoa. Mohammed is 25 (just two years older than me) and before the war he worked hard to earn a degree in English Literature degree from Al Azhar University Gaza. He graduated in 2022 and has been working as a Search Engine Optimizer to provide from his family since then. But the war changed everything.

<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What the family has to say to you:</strong>
</div>
<div>Once you lose everything. Your home, your job, you're beloved ones, you start losing hope in anything in the world , but instead of giving up we wanted to reach the world as a last battle with our struggle. We trust you to support us leave this zone ❤️
</div>

<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Here's their family story from the beginning of the war in Mohammed's words:</strong>
</div>
<div>After the war began in Gaza, the whole neighborhood that we live in got bombed; the sound and destruction were massive. I looked outside the window and found the sky turned red for a while and nearly everything around turned to rubble. It was a fear that no one in my family has ever felt or imagined, and it was just the beginning.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Then we rushed to get outside the house ASAP before it is our home's turn. We ran away from death with fear and tears, saw fire and people running and screaming everywhere. It took us too long to find another place; we walked for two days, the worst journey of our lives. We saw destruction that no human brain can imagine and got too close to dying on the way.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When we finally arrived, we were exhausted and hungry, and we found ourselves in the middle of the street away from home and in a completely different area. It was a really tough feeling. It was at that moment I realized that our life changed forever.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have never thought that I would see my family literally in the street, with no food and no water or even hope. We lost everything. My mom closed her eyes with her hands and started to weep, and my father cried too, but he did the best he could to hide it (he is a very sensitive man). My younger siblings started crying too and hugging mom and dad, and I wanted to make it easier for them, but how?! I couldn't. I was traumatized, except for a hug.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The first days in the street were a complete nightmare. It was an insanely harsh and cold environment. My married sister and her children, Ameer and Amal, joined us too. Now we live in a tent, but we can't keep on. Please help us get outside the death zone we are in real danger. If war didn't kill us yet, soon famine and diseases certainly will.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79646557_171378814149060_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>✨Every donation keeps us away from danger. We are so thankful for every person who is opening their heart to share our story and donate. We wish we were in our homes and not asking for your money. ✨</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How will the funds be used? (all USD)</strong>
</div>
<div>The goal now is to evacuate the 11 family members from Gaza. Like many, they will use the "Ya Hala" agency to evacuate them. A detailed list of expenditures is below:
</div>
<div>To evacuate via Ya Hala:
</div>
<div>$5000 for each person, 11*5000= $55,000
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Two months of temporary living expenses in Egypt, including food, shelter, and transportation:
</div>
<div>$2500 for the family
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Passport fees:
</div>
<div>$100 for each person, 100*11=$1100
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>GoFundMe platform fees:
</div>
<div>(Note: GoFundMe takes about 2.9% of each donation, and we are expecting fees when wiring the funds. $58,600 is the total from the three items listed above.)
</div>
<div>2.9% of $58,600 = $1699.40
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Wiring fees:
</div>
<div>(Note: I personally know friends who have wired funds with the same transfer service and this is how we calculated the figure below)
</div>
<div>approximately $700
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Deduction for what was raised on "Go Get Funds" platform:
</div>
<div>Deduct $206
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Total=$60,794

Sabrin Family asks the world "Get us Out of Gaza"

<p>The Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services has been harassing our businesses for over a year @utdabs @govcox
</p><br />
<p>They didn't vet fake complaints against our bar @weatheredwavesclub last year, didn't contact or speak to us to notify us we were being "investigated" before they manufactured a story in the press that went international resulting in us being doxxed, harassed for months on end, and even receiving death threats that would have never happened without the DABS flagrant abuse from a Utah State Agency
</p><br />
<p>Since then, they have been stalling on our @sixsailorhardcider winery manufacturing license that we paid $300 in application fees for in July 2024, an application that has long been complete and costing us $30,000-$50,000/month not having. In December 2024, DABS Director Jeremy Sommerlath stopped this application for no reason forcing us to redo it when our application was already complete. The DABS still has our $300.
</p><br />
<p>In November 2024, we agreed to a deal with the DABS to surrender our bar license for @weatheredwavesclub in exchange for a special meeting for a new license for Apparition. The DABS has not kept their part of the deal and has intentionally delayed our license for five months now, the unconstitutional proximity laws being the latest excuse. (Proximity laws with churches for alcohol sales are illegal and a violation of church &amp; state, specifically violating the Establishment Clause)
</p><br />
<p>The DABS is showing us all that they are incapable of managing Alcohol practices in the state as they go rogue violating their own responsibilities to the public of Utah to harass businesses, bars, and manufacturers they don't like.
</p><br />
<p>The DABS does not have this power and we won't be targeted our harassed for our work with @utahforpalestine and standing up against genocide, banning zionistic hate speech from our establishments to keep our Palestinian, Arab, Muslim, and Jewish patrons safe.
</p><br />
<p>We will fight the state, we will win, and hold the @utdabs accountable, even if @govcox won't, negligent and asleep at the job
</p><br />
<p>Free Palestine and free the DABS from biased corruption, narcissism, and authoritarians

Help Us Sue Utah for Violating our Rights

<div>‏Before the war, my family of nine had a simple but beautiful life. We owned a humble home, a small business that fed us, and hearts full of dreams. I graduated high school with honors (<strong>92%</strong>) and dreamed of studying abroad on a scholarship. But borders were sealed, so I enrolled at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza, clinging to hope.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>‏Then, the bombs fell.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>‏Our home is now rubble. Our business—our only income—vanished in an instant.

<div>The peace we knew turned to terror; the laughter of my siblings to silence. Half my family and friends are gone—martyred. The other half are scattered, missing, or buried under debris. I don’t know if they’re alive.

</div>
<div>‏Every night, I stare at the sky and beg: *Why us?* Why must children dig through ruins for food? Why must students like me bury their dreams with their dead?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>‏**I’m starting this campaign to save what’s left of my family.** We need <strong>food</strong>, <strong>shelter</strong>, and a <strong>way to rebuild</strong>. But more than that, we need hope—proof that the world hasn’t forgotten Gaza.

<div>Hi , My name is Issa Eskander i live in United kingdom and I'm fundraising for Zenab's family and this is her story ...
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello, I am Zainab from Gaza, a mother of a two -year -old girl who was living in a new house, dreaming of a life full of joy and stability. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy it for a long time. The war came and turned our lives upside down. Our house was completely destroyed. Now we live in a Tent , we ask you to help reconstruct our homes again and restore our lives again, please do not ignore our suffering. I ask you to stand with me
</div>

Please Help Zenab's Family In Gaza

<div><br />
</div>
<div>“This campaign is for Shadi and Mahmoud Albashiti”
</div>
<div>My name is Shadi , I’m an accountant, and I work in a private company. We are a small family with three children Currently, we live in the Gaza Strip, occupied Palestine, where we have been enduring unimaginable suffering due to the ongoing war.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In just a few moments, we lost everything. Our home was completely destroyed, forcing us to live in uninhabitable conditions. We lost everything we owned: our house, cars, money, personal belongings, and even our furniture.
</div>
<div>Today, we find ourselves living in a fragile tent that is ill-equipped to protect us from harsh weather conditions, facing rain and extreme cold. Our children are at risk, and we are unable to secure even the most basic needs for them.
</div>
<div>Our goal in seeking donations is to face the enormous living challenges that have become our daily reality. We desperately need your help to secure a safe place to live that will protect our children from the cold and rain, and to provide basic food supplies to ensure their daily nourishment. Additionally, we need to secure medical care, as the health conditions have worsened due to the war, and adequate medical attention is currently unavailable.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Furthermore, we urgently need support to cover travel costs, whether during or after the war, so that we can leave Gaza for a safer place. The cost of leaving the Gaza Strip through the Rafah border crossing is $5,000 per person, excluding accommodation and travel costs. These enormous sums make it nearly impossible for a family like ours to bear the burden without external support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We understand the challenges that many communities around the world are facing, but we are now living in conditions we never imagined, and we are asking for your support during this difficult time. Your contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in our lives and give us the hope to continue and protect our children.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any assistance you can provide us during these critical times.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Second story about Mahmoud:
</div>
<div>My name is Mahmoud Albashiti . I’m unemployed and my wife Sabah is also unemployed and we have two daughters:
</div>
<div>1. Tiana, 3 years old
</div>
<div>2. Amal, 1.5 years old.
</div>
<div>I worked in a restaurant before the war and barely provided for his family’s expenses. I lived in a rented apartment
</div>
<div>After the war, I had no rent for his house and no money to feed my children and wife. Even our family home in Khan Yunis, opposite the Red Crescent, was completely destroyed by the Israeli occupation.
</div>
<div>I was displaced from Khan Yunis to Rafah and live in a tent.
</div>
<div>Please donate to us and help us rebuild our lives, whether through travel or by staying in our homeland.

Help our families from Gaza to survive and build a new life

<div>Update, 28 July 2025:
</div>
<div>Thank you so much for all the donations so far. Unfortunately the situation in Gaza for Alaa’s family is critical at the moment. They have no food: no vegetables or meat is available. I have heard from Alaa that they are eating no more than a small amount of rice or a small piece of bread every day. Alaa is losing weight and can feel the bones in her chest. Food prices in Gaza are extremely high, as there is so little available, and all the money raised here is currently going towards food for Alaa, Rashad and their family. Please donate whatever you can and share this fundraiser with any salaried friends and family. Thank you so much.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>~Update from Alaa, 23rd June 2024:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today we are at the day 262 of war, after we evacuated from Rafah. Unfortunately this time we live in a tent and you can imagine how it is hard for my elderly parents, and one brother who has cron’s disease, to live in this horrible situation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We live under high heat, face lot of difficulties to have basic needs to our lives such as clean water, have a shower, go bathroom or make a fire to cook or drink a cup of tea.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>About me i lost my weight, it is 44 now and my skin become black and has skin problems in my hands. I always depressed cause I live like old people in everything without any rights even i don’t have a bed or some private life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>About my job I hardly find one project to work on and to have Internet I go to street and work from it. So I try so much to come back to my normal life…

</div>
<div>~ 29 April 2024:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hi, my name is Deirbhile and I’m fundraising to help my friend Alaa and her family evacuate from Gaza to reach safety in Egypt. I’ve known Alaa for about four years now. We were introduced by a mutual friend as part of The Omar Project, which paired people in Palestine who wanted to improve their English, with native English speakers. We spoke, first over messages and then through voice notes, and learned about each other’s lives, sharing celebrations or special moments with each other. She would often share news and pictures of her family, with whom she’s very close. Since October 7th we’ve been in contact as Alaa and her family have had to leave their home and often lack the basic necessities for survival, as you can read below. She and her family have now made the decision to evacuate from Gaza, in order to rebuild their lives. We would both really appreciate your help if you can spare anything.
</div>
<div>Alaa’s story is below in English and Arabic.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Alaa’s Story - Rebuilding Dreams </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Wake up in the morning, suddenly find my life is ZERO
</div>
<div>Actually BIG ZERO. From 200 days my life has been nothing full of frustrated, depressed and sadness.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Alaa El Husseini from Gaza. I live a horrible life under war, when I said I lost my work you think it’s not a big thing to donate for! But with my broken heart I felt that my work was stolen from me as a content writer in a marketing company and freelancer which made me an independent woman, and have success in this life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I didn’t reach this position easily or in a normal way, it costs me 10 years of my life to have a work. It started from my University journey, volunteering in schools as an English teacher, working in a kindergarten to save some money to take courses in content writing. Then, I worked-hard 4 years in this way to be a successful SEO content writer working with foreign clients from all over the world. This was my life until 7th October which is reached alone.
</div>
<div>We have to evacuate more than one times, my family is separated and we don’t even have the luxury of communicating with each other. My life has become empty, I don’t have the chance to work, dream, live or survive from War.
</div>
<div>After losing all savings, homes, this is the last option and choice for us!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please take my hand to rebuild my life and to have dreams again in working and life to have a new laptop, access to the internet, feel safe, rework with previous and new clients.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I need urgently want to evacuate to Egypt with my small family (dad, mum, 3 brothers) Ehab, my twin , he is a lawyer, Rashad, and Hamdi (who has Crones disease who needs special foods and care.)
</div>
<div>The evacuation cost is 5000$ for each person
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Don’t hesitate to donate to me to restart my life again with my family from SCRATCH.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>اسمي ألاء الحسيني من غزة، أعيش أسوء أيام الحياة في حرب طاحنة تطحنني وتدمرني و تحولني من فتاة شابة إلى فتاة مُحبطة بلا أي حياة.
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>حاليًا حياتي واقفة و لا أقدر على العمل لا أنا و لا أفراد عائلتي و لا يوجدد لدينا فرصة للحلم، وضع الأهداف أو النجاة.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>ما تبخلوا بأي قرش بسيط يساعدني في إعادة بناء حياتي و أحلامي مع أسرتي!

Help Alaa and her family rebuild their home & lives in Gaza

<div>I never imagined that my greatest wish would be to be alive with my husband and children
</div>
<div>I am Nahid Nofal, married and have two children.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/80738191_1718302772920941_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Before October 7, I had a happy little house in Gaza full of my children’s toys and small clothes, full of our pictures and happy memories that disappeared with the occupation’s destruction of this house.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/80738191_1718302817350849_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We fled to what the occupation claimed was a safe area in Khan Yunis, where there was no electricity or internet, and we struggled to get water and milk for the children.
</div>
<div>Suddenly, while we were sleeping, the house adjacent to the place of our displacement was bombed, and fragments and stones fell on us, and we found ourselves crying out for help from under the rubble and begging people to save us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/80738191_1718302848997686_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It was very dark, and the smoke from the fires prevented us from breathing, and the collapsed wall above my body prevented me from moving. I was holding my little boy, Jad, and blood was bleeding from my forehead. My husband had thrown his body on our infant, Jude, to protect him, and he suffered an injury to his foot that prevented him from moving.
</div>
<div>We could not get out, even our voices did not help us scream, as we were unable to breathe because of the smoke from the fires
</div>
<div>Jad had fallen from my hand without making a sound, and the darkness prevented me from inspecting him, but the stickiness of the blood that was pouring from his head onto my hand terrified me, and I feared that his injury would be serious.
</div>
<div>I was trembling in fear of losing one of them, and I hoped that the ambulance men would quickly get us out so that my heart could be reassured about them, as we remained under the rubble for several hours until they were able to rescue us.
</div>
<div>The darkness faded along with the lights of the ambulance, and I saw the eyes of my child, Jude, bulging without blinking because of the horror he saw. He is only a child no more than a year and a half old.
</div>
<div>The ambulances took off, carrying us apart, and I arrived at the hospital running with bloody feet, looking for Jad, asking people about a four-year-old child wearing a green jacket. I was opening the curtains of the emergency room one by one until I heard someone calling me (is this child his mother?)
</div>
<div>Jad was with a compassionate doctor who was treating his head injury, carrying him and examining him as if he were one of his children. He was telling him, “Don’t be afraid, my love, stay with me.”
</div>
<div>We spent the night in the hospital due to our injuries, then we moved to another displacement site in the Nuseirat camp, looking for some safety until we recovered from our injuries.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I used to work as a teacher for children, and I was accustomed to the ink stains spread on my shirt. I did not imagine that the school in which I worked would be destroyed and this shirt would be filled with blood stains.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My husband used to work as a merchant and would come home in the evening carrying sweets and toys for our children
</div>
<div>His workplace was destroyed, and we have now been without work, no source of livelihood, and no safe place since October 7th.
</div>
<div>We now do not have answers to Jad’s questions when he asks us about his kindergarten in Gaza, his teacher, his friends, and his room full of toys.
</div>
<div>Jad and Jude, who grow up in the war, have the right to receive health care, a safe place, psychological entertainment, and healthy food.
</div>
<div>I hope that you will help us survive the war so that we can provide them with their needs and move them to a safe place to live in a safer country so that they can obtain all their rights.
</div>
<div>We thank you for your support and help.

<div>On the morning of October 7, we heard explosions and detonations that continued for hours. We took refuge in my grandmother's house
</div>
<div>My mother, father and I tried to support each other during the war, and as in the past, this alleviated the fear and terror.
</div>
<div>On October 9, we received news of an attack on the area we were in at the time, my grandmother’s house. We had to evacuate for the second time ، Then we went to my sister Islam's house ، Two days after our displacement, the bombing began on this area ، So we went back to my grandmother's house ، Then my sister Majd was displaced with her children Except my grandmother's house to escape death ،On October 24, we heard strong explosions after midnight، My sister, Yasmine, ran away with her children, and the bombing was near her house , My grandmother's house is full , My sister, Yasmine, Majd, and their children were forced to go to shelters , On the morning of October 27, my mother and I went to inspect our house , Then we returned to my grandmother’s house, but the house was rubble and had been targeted , My aunt, and Muhammad, his daughter Suso, and his sister Saja were martyred, and Alma, her brother Muhammad, and her uncle Abdul were martyred, This was our first shock in this terrible war , Then my father and I took refuge in the shelter , My mother stayed with my uncle and his injured daughters , In the hospital for about a month and a half , One day, the occupation vehicles approached the shelter center , So I, my father, my sister Yasmine, and my sister Majd fled to another shelter center , Then, a while later, a temporary ceasefire was announced, so we returned to our Partially destroyed house , Me, my father, and my mother, but for my sisters, their homes were completely destroyed , They remained in the shelters , On the first day of the ceasefire ,We brought my grandmother from the hospital to our house to take care of her at home , But her health condition was very difficult, as she was unable to sit or walk due to her injuries from the bombing , After the temporary truce was broken, we returned to the shelter center As a safe place , My injured grandmother is with us , The bombing was close and very strong, so we had to escape from the shelter center to my sister Islam’s house in Sheikh Radwan , We stayed at my sister's house for several days, and one day a call was made to evacuate the house , So we went to my sister's aunt'sMy sister's husband house, We were there for several days until the occupation vehicles approached and surrounded the place , They entered the house where we were, executed all the men, and killed my sister Islam’s husband , Then we fled again to our house, which was not suitable for living, so we went to the shelter center , Here we are living in pain, poverty, and suffering, and this has not been for a day or two. Please help me and my family survive in Gaza

Our beautiful sister Mechelle passed away May 7th due to heart failure. She has been battling with her health for a while now and she put up a big fight! We will all miss her so very much but we are happy she is free of pain now and can watch over all of us. She leaves behind her daughter Alix (age 9) and two sons, Austin and Skyler. We know the world is crazy right now but if you have anything to donate to help with funeral costs and Alix’s future care we would appreciate it more than words could express. We will also be accepting Venmo donations. (Preferred) We would love to be able to give Mechelle the celebration she deserves. ❤️

Mechelle Rees Larsen funeral costs

As many of you know, my brother, my best friend, passed away on September 24th. My family and I are grieving, and we’re just trying to find comfort in each other right now. He had been living in Utah, working on a family ranch for the past couple years, and he was very happy being able to live his life working with his hands and enjoying the peace and quiet . We are very much hoping and trying to get his remains back here to us, and his possessions as well. We want to be able to leave a piece of him in every place he loved, as he would have wanted, but the first part of the process is to get him up here with us. Just one part of the process to get him here is going to cost $2280, and then there will be extended and unforeseen costs as the process continues. I know he had so many friends, and if any of you can help, even if it’s a few dollars, it would be very helpful and I know Davey would have appreciated it. We can’t have our son/brother/uncle and most of all, our friend standing by our side, but my family and I really need to make this happen the way David would have wanted. We’d appreciate any help possible, and I hope he stays in your hearts and minds forever. Thank you for your help.<br />                 Kris Montoya    <br />                 (Davey’s little brother)
