</div>
<div>The Britannia Elite Uganda Bursary is designed for adults aged 18–55 who were left behind by the education system and want a genuine second chance. This includes:

<div>Young adults seeking employable skills
</div>

<div>Women who require a safe, women‑only training environment

<div>Because Britannia Elite Uganda covers the operational cost of accommodation, meals, clothing, and training delivery, the bursary can support approximately 200 trainees per training year.

<div>As graduates enter employment and voluntarily contribute back into the bursary, this capacity will continue to grow — creating a long‑term, self‑sustaining model that expands year after year.
