<div>Hi, I am Brigitte from Hamburg Germany and I work in a day clinic. I am a happy Mama, and my daughter and I love to dance. I searched for new Afrodancers on Instagram and found the "Kamkam_street_talents" in Uganda: kids who love to dance and are incredible little acrobats. Check out their back flips!

<div>I started following them and was shocked to learn that they were street children, without parents, without a roof over their heads, without daily meals..... look at their broken clothes:

<div>These sweet smiling children, age 1-14, try to get people's attention on IG through dancing, hoping to somehow secure the next meals.

<div>Help organizations don't make it there very often, and can't keep up with the huge number of homeless children in Uganda. So we are asking for your help to pay for food, clothing, housing, medicine, and ideally also to cover school fees, to give these kids a chance in life
</div>

<div>Luckily there is a young man, Ashraf, with a big heart, who tries to take care of these 43 children and brings some joy into their lives with dancing. His sister is helping him. Ashraf experienced life in the streets himself, after his father died, and his mother was too poor to feed him and his siblings. He doesn't want to see the streetkids suffer, works whenever possible, and is always available for them. He cares when noone else cares.

<div>Not long ago a little girl named Ruqayya got injured in a fall and had internal bleeding. Ashraf brought her to the hospital immediately ......I paid.
</div>
<div>There just isn't enough money, but the little girl is well again.
</div>

<div>They depend on our donations!

<div>I donate regularly and some of my friends also helped. I can guarantee that all the money makes it there. I am videocalling with Ashraf and the kids regularly over WhatsApp with updates, and the kids are always very happy to see me. As I have been helping them since November, they call me " White Mum".

<div>I brought clothing, helped serve food, played with them, loved them. They are the nicest and most thankful children. No parents. Much too young. And soooooo happy that I was there, that someone cared. Check out the pictures!

<div>Beim genaueren Hinsehen und Liken ihrer Tanzkünste erschrak ich, denn mir fiel ihre zerlöcherte Kleidung auf.

<div>Sie haben NICHTS. Nicht mal ein Dach über dem Kopf, obwohl es in Uganda viel regnet. Keine Eltern, nur noch sich selbst.

<div>Diese süßen strahlenden Kinder im Alter von 1 bis 14 Jahren machen mit Tanz und Flickflacks bei Instagram auf sich aufmerksam, um sich irgendwie ein Essen leisten zu können, um zu überleben (sh. auch "Kamkam_home_for_streetkids ").

<div>Viele der Kinder sind erst um die 6 Jahre alt.
</div>

<div>Hilfsorganisationen versorgen erfahrungsgemäß 2 Tage im Jahr mit Essen, ansonsten hilft niemand.  Es sind einfach zu viele Waisenkinder in Uganda. "Meine" Kids sind völlig auf sich alleine gestellt.Es gibt keine staatliche Hilfe,  keine Krankenversicherung, kaum Spenden. 
</div>
<div><strong>Wir brauchen eure Hilfe um das tägliche Überleben, Nahrung, notwendige Medikamente, einen Schlafraum, Kleidung und idealer Weise den Besuch der Schule sichern zu können!</strong>

<div>Zum Glück gibt es den sehr herzlichen jungen Mann Ashraf, der sich liebevoll um die 43 Kids kümmert und ihnen tanzen und Flickflacks beibringt. Ashraf, selbst jahrelanges Straßenkind, nachdem sein Vater gestorben und seine Mutter zu arm war, um ihn und seine Geschwister zu ernähren, stellt den Kids das Essen, organisiert Räume, wenn genug Spendengelder da sind. Er ist für die Kids immer da. Er kann sie aufgrund seiner eigenen Geschichte nicht leiden sehen. Neulich war das kleine Mädchen Ruqayya gestürzt und erlitt innere Verletzungen, blutete aus Mund und Nase.... Ashraf war da, beruhigte sie und brachte sie in das Krankenhaus...

<div>Das Geld ist knapp und er selbst hat keine geregelte Arbeit.
</div>
<div>Dem Mädchen geht es wieder gut!
</div>

<div>Doch regelmäßig haben sie nichts zu essen. Sie versuchen sich mit Posho, einem herzhaften Griesbrei, satt zu bekommen. Schule bleibt für die meisten ein Traum.
</div>

</div>
<div>Ich habe den Kids bereits gemeinsam mit Freunden gespendet und werde immer wieder etwas spenden, das Geld kommt sicher bei den Kids an❣️Regelmäßig erhalte ich Videos oder Videocalls und werde über die aktuelle Lage informiert. Vor allem strahlen mich die Kids mit leuchtenden Augen an! Wir sind gegenseitig glücklich uns wiederzusehen❣️

<div>Weil ich mich seit November 2023 um sie kümmere nennen mich die Streetkids mittlerweile liebevoll "White Mum".
