My name is Blessing, and I am asking for help with something that means everything to me, my education. I moved to a new country with one goal, to become a doctor. I worked hard, studied tirelessly, and stayed focused even when things were difficult, even when my health was failing. I have been living with a spinal injury that requires surgery. Despite the daily pain, radiculopathy, and numbness in my lower extremities, I pushed through. I attended classes, studied late into the night, and refused to let my condition define or stop me. I was doing well in school and proud of the progress I was making, I maintained straight A’s. But life had other plans. As an international student, financial hardship became overwhelming. Tuition payments became impossible to manage. I tried everything, working, saving, sacrificing, but it still was not enough. It has been heartbreaking to come this far and be stopped not by ability, not by effort, but by finances. I am not asking for luxury. I am asking for the chance to continue what I started. To return to the classroom. To finish what I worked so hard for. To build a future where I can serve others and make a difference. If you choose to support me, you are not just helping with tuition.
