My wife and I are facing a difficult time—we recently became homeless and have nowhere to go. We are broke and in desperate need of help, trying to find a way forward while feeling overwhelmed by our situation. We never imagined we’d be in this position, but we’re doing our best to stay hopeful and keep moving forward. Your support would mean everything to us. With your help, we could buy a car, which would allow us to get jobs and start working again. This would be the first step toward finding a stable place to live, whether it’s an apartment or a house. The funds would also help us with basic needs like food, hygiene, and clothes, so we can take care of ourselves and start rebuilding our lives. Hello, our names are Ben and Marie. Well, her first name is Lori, middle name is Marie, and we have been married for 2 1/2 years but have been together for about 7, almost 8 years. We are very good people and we help anybody who asks us, but we have been going through a lot lately and it seems like we need help. Nobody really wants to be there for us, but it is what it is. I'm not mad about it; I'm just really hurt because now that we need people to be there for us, they're not there, but when they needed us, we were there. I think that I just need to suck it up and provide on my own, but it's kind of hard whenever you don't have anybody on your side or parents to ask for help. My mom is addicted to crack and my dad is a deadbeat. My wife's mom is addicted to heroin and her dad is dead, so it's kind of hard when we don't have anybody. But we're here for each other and we have faith that God will provide. We still are trying to have kids, but my wife is at the early stages of menopause. It's hard to deal with the mood swings and the outbursts, but we can get through anything. God doesn't put us through anything we can't handle.
