<div>My name is Ben Saunders and I have a YouTube channel where we help those in need of a helping hand. Which brings me to Rick. We were clearing his garden for free when we saw the inside of his house … we were totally shocked. Rats had got in and done heavy damage, collapsed ceiling, pigeons in had been in his back room, no electricity in his kitchen, shower and sink are unusable and only having a portable heater in one room.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>See the moment we met Rick, cleared his garden and discovered how he is living..
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My dream is to get Rick’s house safe again and give him comfort and dignity in his later years. We’ve set a high target because we want to make sure every room is safe again. If we reach the full target then we can do the whole house, if we raise under the target then we will do as many rooms as possible and use our platform to try and get other donations and products to make sure that every penny goes as far as it can.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We plan to surprise Rick with a 30 day stay at a hotel. During this time we will completely renovate the house and he can return to a safe, clean, and dignified home. We will release weekly videos to keep you updated and so you can see exactly where the money goes.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’d also love to make some homely touches and help Rick with day to day extras. Such as getting him some new clothes, wardrobe, drawers etc.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We also are looking into setting up a cleaner to come in weekly, to help him keep on top of things.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Here's the plan:</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Check Rick into a local hotel, that way he can pop back and see progress, he'll also be decluttering.</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Then Clear the entire house onto to the lawn for him to decide what is staying or going.</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Deep clean and sanitise of house, including pest control.</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Re wire the house to make sure the electrics are safe, along with a plumbing team to sort out a new boiler, radiator and a shower/toilet downstairs. Future proofing things.</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>The next part we don't know what surprises we will uncover, we will need to replaster before decorating. If we raise enough that funds are left over this will cover a cleaner/companion for the year. Extra funds could go towards help with exteriors repairs as we can see issues, from guttering/soffits/fascias, to the render. I will ago above and beyond, that's a promise!</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The journey will be shared on my YouTube channel, Myself &amp; Ashley will not be taking any wage from this fund for the work we carry out on the project. We have also lined up discounts on materials in return for exposure which is great to stretch the money as far as possible. We will be receiving the funds in a dedicated separate account for distribution! In a dream world, if we complete all the work and fully renovate the house + sort after care for Rick (Cleaner for a year) we would use any additional funds to help the next person in need!</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for being a part of this community and helping us help others!

Helping Rick Live Safely In His Later Years

<div>So recently my son, Zach Hyatt, was able to help out an elderly lady, who had recently lost her husband after a short cancer diagnosis, and he's asking for nothing in return. What he is not telling anyone is that his family is also facing a hardship with medical bills that have started to pile up starting from his wife's spinal fusion in December. Unfortunately this resulted in a staph infection where they spent Christmas in Wesley medical center. She was on a wound vacuum until the late spring when the infection and wound healed and closed up. While he attempted to take care of medical bills, he was not given any bills from any of the home health, the pharmacy or anyone else until after all of their services was taken care of. Then came his knee replacement surgery. He missed a month of ubering before returning 6 weeks post-op and this is where he met Debbie, somebody who has now had a life-changing event. SB Mowing has been awesome! Helping out somebody after Zach reached out to them as her Uber driver. When he went to drop her off he offered to help her get her groceries in and made sure she was safe in the house. Zach is currently working Uber due to the fact that his wife is unable to work with her back still in recovery and their family needs to make sure they take care of their bills. He doesn't want to ask for help, but I've created this GoFundMe as a way to try and help him and his family in a way that he's been able to help somebody else. He works countless hours each week, with his primary job and then with Uber and focuses on helping anybody he runs into that he can. He's now 8 weeks post-op and working on Uber as much as possible to take care of medical bills and all their expenses the family has. A little bit more about him and his family. He and his wife have eight kids, with five at home. The kid's ages range from 16 years down to 3 years at home. Three are adults and are out of the house but his 23 year old daughter has leukemia (I believe it's call CML) and again Zach and his wife try to help her out with medication, doctor appointments and anything she might need. Even though he'd like to spend as much time as he can at home with his family, he has to work to every evening so he can pay the bills the best he can to support them. While I don't think that's going to change as he does all he can for them. It would be amazing if we could help give back to him like he gave to somebody else. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and thank you everyone.

Help Zach's Family Through Medical Hardships

<div>I was travelling in Texas and we saw a home that needed help from the outside, we knocked and the door and offered a helping hand.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We met Susan, She was so grateful for the offer. She cares for her son who lost both his legs in the floods caused by Hurricane Harvey. Recently moving her mother in for Hospice care and other son David having Autism too.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>An understatement would say she has a lot on her plate, after clearing the front garden and tidying up a few bits. I wanted to reach out to my community to see if they would like to help her!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From the outside I can see exterior maintenance is needed, I'm sure the inside would be the same, Cars need repairs and inspections. Who knows what medical bills are around the corner!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Click on the video and see just how grateful she was for a small gesture, imagine being able to help her further!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I will be receiving the funds and delivering them Susan as a surprise.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Thank you for being a part of this.</strong>

Helping Susan Through Nonstop Hardships

<div>Andrew Beaver lives in Houston USA, He started a movement called Clean the block. Every day he gives up an hour to clean up a part of the block, started just him... now each day he rallies members of the community to take pride in where they live. Doing all of this from a Toyota Prius! He squeezes all the tools into this and does the best he can.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He shows you don't have to have the best equipment or vehicle to help others and make a difference, you just have to show up. So, I would love if our community could show up for him and Clean the block! Let's help make their mission easier.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I know it's unlikely but I'd love to keep this a surprise, so Andrew if you are reading this, please look away now!!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I want to raise money to be able to get him a truck, I will reach out to different manufacturers to get him the best one we possible can. Of course not stopping there! I will be reaching out to another company to see if we can upgrade his set up, it would also be nice to be able to help with costs of hauling waste and providing safety equipment for all the volunteers. I'll be receiving the funds and purchasing all of the above directly from there before delivering them to Andrew.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you have seen one of our videos you know we always try to go above and beyond, so I will try my upmost best to go above and beyond for Clean the block.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for believing in what we do and being a part of making the world a better place!

Helping Clean The Block Get a Truck..

<div>My name is Ben and I am fundraising for Janet, we recently filmed a YouTube episode where we rescued her garden! The link is attached if you'd like to get to know Janet. She adores her garden and her trees, plants and knick knacks, The garden had got too much for her... hence why we stepped in to help her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While rescuing her garden we got to know Janet, She is losing her sight. We decided to go back for a second surprise pressure washing her paths and driveway. We are taking her to lunch at the local garden centre and get her some bits and bobs!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The reason I started the GoFundMe was to surprise Janet, to help her with maintaining the garden and house, along with home improvements to help future proof her home!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I cannot wait to share this with her and her reaction which you'll be able to see in part 2. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Helping Janet with the Future...

<div>After spending 4 days with Nick (army veteran served 13 years for the Royal Lancers) reclaiming his overgrown garden that was given to him in this state when he started his tenancy, we saw how much joy we brought him. He was isolated with no transport with the nearest supermarket 12 miles away, so we shocked with a few surprises!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So many of you said you would like to help him further so we started this fund to give him a boost, so that's what we have done.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We will be (surprising) checking in on Nick in a couple of days with a gift from Kress, at the same time a big cheque of what this lovely community has raised!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The money raised will be not be for a project but for Nick to decide how he can better his life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you everyone for trusting me and being a part of this, Kindness Ripples!
</div>

Giving Nick a boost!

<div>Hi, my name is Ben, and thanks to the amazing support from people like you, I’ve been able to tackle overgrown gardens, restore grimy patios, and bring a helping hand to those who need it—all for free. These transformations don’t just clean up spaces; they bring hope and relief to those who may be struggling. Now, with your help, we can do even more to brighten lives and create positive change in our community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every pound you contribute to this fund fuels another project, allowing us to say "yes" to more requests and make a bigger impact. From giving families a safe place to relax to helping seniors navigate their outdoor spaces with ease, our work is about more than tidying up—it's about creating safe, welcoming spaces that lift spirits and provide comfort.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With each new project, we’ll update our goal and share updates here so you can see the difference you’re making for each person, step by step. Your support makes you part of every transformation, and together, we’re building a community of kindness and resilience.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re excited to take on even more projects and spread that joy and relief further so please do support us however you can, whether that be by donating or even sharing with your community- it all has a huge impact.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for being here, and thank you for helping us make such a meaningful difference!

Flawless Blessings Support Fund

<div>Charles Nerswick ran up quite a bill, as you can imagine, with his legal battle against Lindsay Duneske. Multiple custody trials, several PPO hearings, and many extra court dates has required quite a bit of legal counsel. As a single dad with sole custody of three young children, it can sometimes be difficult to make ends meet, much less pay extra bills. Several people have reached out and asked if there is a place to donate to help Chuck out with his legal costs. <strong>If you would like to help, please do so here!</strong>
</div>

Help Charles Nerswick with Legal Costs

<div>Thank you so much for your time! My name is Ben Saunders and I have a YouTube channel where we help those in need of a helping hands. Which brings me to Helping Jim &amp; Jean.. We met Jim and offered to help him clear his garden for free.. he accepted. Just before we arrived his roof collapsed in his kitchen so we helped Jim with this in Episode 1 - <a href="https://youtu.be/EfdJHXc5dhs?si=TVjXEu63FYVtplFz" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><a href="https://youtu.be/EfdJHXc5dhs?si=TVjXEu63FYVtplFz" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://youtu.be/EfdJHXc5dhs?si=TVjXEu63FYVtplFz</a></a>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now we are on Episode 5 and exposing the rotting base of the conservatory, We want to get Jim back on his feet. He is fighting terminal cancer while caring for his wife Jean that is bed bound with osteoporosis, Why not watch the series on YouTube and get to know him yourself. Episode 5 - <a href="https://youtu.be/Dz9yXkFqXkE?si=ryg-ds2QrXjYv8AL" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://youtu.be/Dz9yXkFqXkE?si=ryg-ds2QrXjYv8AL</a>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My dream is to get Jim's conservatory taken down and build an extension in its place, with a bedroom &amp; wet room downstairs, So Jean can be downstairs making both their lives easier.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The project will take months, as we will need planning permission taking around 8-10 weeks and then to build the extension it would be 2-3 months.. With the process I'll try to do monthly videos on YouTube.. or do one big video.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for being a part of this community and helping us help others!
