Help us bring LGBTQ+ refugees to Utrecht Canal Pride 2026 ️‍⛵️ This year, LGBT World Beside will join Utrecht Canal Pride for the third time and for the very first time, we are proud to sail together with Thuis in Oss. For us, this boat is more than a celebration. It is a place of visibility, connection, freedom, and belonging especially for LGBTQ+ refugees and people who often do not have the chance to safely celebrate who they are. That is why we are asking for your support. Our dream is to make it possible for LGBTQ+ people living in asylum seeker centers (AZCs) to join us and experience Pride not from the sidelines, but as part of it. Your donation helps us: Create places on the boat for LGBTQ+ refugees from AZCs Purchase travel tickets so participants living in AZCs can travel to Utrecht and take part Organise music, performances, and create a safe celebration Cover decorations, banners, T-shirts, and other materials ❤️ Support volunteers who help make this day possible Every contribution no matter how small brings someone closer to being seen, included, and celebrated.
