I put my business into storage for 11 months, thinking I was going to reopen... just to find out I've been paying on an empty storage unit for 5 months. They stole everything and are still taking my money every month... ...A week later, my landlord wrongfully evicts me, lets me move back in because I put $10,000 into his account to stay in my home at the raised rent price. Then he keeps everything in my home... - Violating several NRS laws - Violating court order to release personal property; he did NOT release personal property. - He only gives me 71 hours to pack up my home of 8 years. By LAW, I am allowed 120 hours. ALL THIS IS SO WRONG. He does three inspections in my home and made me empty two rooms. - I PASSED ALL THREE INSPECTIONS - Evicting me twice after I put $10,000 into his account to stay in my home at the raised rent price. HE AGREED. - Evicted me again 2 months later with only one notice. - He did not have the right to keep everything in my home. I did NOT abandon my property. In violation of NRS LAWS. - I CALLED THE LVMPD POLICE DEPARTMENT. - I need an attorney, but can't afford it yet. - I want to go to the auction and buy a home so my animals will have a yard again. - Plus, I don't want to ever go through this again. It was a terrorist attack on my family by bullies and thieves. - There is no such thing as an attorney taking on a civil case and pay when we WIN. - Attorneys want $5,000, $10,000, & $15,000 to take this case. - I set my life up for a nice retirement, doing something I love doing: making others happy with flowers. - Now I'm 60, starting life all over again. - This made my animals and I homeless. We Need Help Please.

Storage facility stole my business, I paid on an empty unit for 5 months. My landlord knew this happened and decided to take advantage of the situation. After doing three inspections in my house, never seeing the inside of my house in 8 years. Wrongfully fixed me, lets me move back in because I raised $10,000 at the raised rent price, gave the $10,000 to my landlord to stay in my home. He agreed! 2 months later, when signing the new lease agreement, he pushes my hand away when I was starting to write the date. He says, "No, I want to leave it blank." *** MY LANDLORD HAS VIOLATED SEVERAL NRS LAWS! *** HE DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP EVERYTHING IN MY HOME! *** I DID NOT ABANDON MY PROPERTY. I CALLED THE LVMPD. I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE IN MY HOME. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO THROUGH THE TERRORIST ATTACK THAT I WENT THROUGH. THEY WERE BULLIES AND THIEVES. AND I CANNOT FIND AN ATTORNEY. So I was thinking and learning about taxes, deeds, liens, and civil matters, so if I went to the auction house auctions, I would never have to go through this again. So I'm asking all the beautiful people out there if they could give me a little help. I would like to put a roof over our heads and buy a house at the auction. Let no one ever take from me again.
