<div>On February 6, 2023, officer Sean Sluganski (32 of Baldwin) lost his life while doing what he loves, protecting those around him. Sean served as a police officer for the McKeesport Area Police Department for the last 2 years. Prior to that he worked at the Charleroi Regional Police department. Sean was an amazing dad, fiance, brother, son, uncle and friend. He lit up every room he entered and was sure to have you laughing in no time. He was one of the kindest people you could ever meet and family meant everything to him. He leaves behind his beautiful 1 year old daughter Haven and his loving fiance, Chelsea. Please consider donating to help them get through this tragic loss. The funds raised will go directly to Chelsea and Haven to help with expenses for the baby and to save for a future college fund. <div>I cannot stop crying It keeps replaying over and over again. I can’t get the picture and sound of her yelping out of my mind. Donny jumping over the fence and trying to stop it. Him screaming then finally getting her out of his mouth and him yelling Sue she is gonna die we have to go as he ran to the car with blood everywhere. I ran to the kitchen found keys and jumped into the car and sped down the street. Blowing the horn so traffic would let us through. Donny was begging her not to die. The blood was awful. Her little face OMG. It’s a blur Somehow making it to Castle Shannon AH. The door was locked. I banged on the window pleading for them to help me they ran to the door and grabbed her out of Donnys arms. We were transferred to Vet Hospital where she is now in ICU. Shock, blood loss, penetrating puncture wounds into her neck and abdomen in addition to a large open wound on her shoulder where the neighbors dogs pushed his head under their fence and grabbed and pulled her into their yard. As the hours tick by we are waiting to hear from the Surgeon and neurologist. Her front paws are not moving unclear if it is a spinal cord injury or massive swelling. Wound debridement and possible blood transfusion and a drain this morning. I cannot stop shaking. Apparently my wallet was on the hood of my car it was left in the street run over and destroyed but returned. Before leaving the hospital I had to check a box if I wanted them to perform CPR then an estimated cost for the first 48 hours of care and how would you like to pay that in advance. Thank God Katie had her credit card. 12 hours later we are at 3900.00. So what happens with today and tomorrow. What do I do when they say she can survive and provide me with another estimate? I love her please God help me. I don’t know how to get through this. Please someone tell me how I tell them I don’t have the money for her treatment. I wish it were me instead of my her. Please god she is only 10 pounds please give her back to me. I don’t know how to do this. Please someone explain to me why God let this happen to her.

<br /><br />Kyle Nulph 32 of Franklin was in a car accident on February 5 causing him to lose his life.  Kyle was happily married to his beautiful wife Kayli. Together they created wonderful life, which included having 2 little girls. Maddie a spunky 4 year old and Natallie a sweet one and a half year old. Both girls had a beautiful bond with Kyle. <br /><br />Kyle was more then a husband and father. He was a son, brother, uncle and friend. He left behind so many people who cared and cherished his friendship.  He would do anything for anyone. <br /><br /><br />Many of you have reached out to us and have asked how you can help us during this time. We really want to honor wishes and plan the celebration of life. If you are able to and comfortable doing so, we would really appreciate any donation, big or small. <br /><br />Thank you ❤
