Our family is asking for your support as my brother, Joe Rincon, prepares for the fight of his life. Joe has been courageously battling multiple myeloma since 2018. Through years of treatments, hospital visits, and countless challenges, he has never lost his determination or his faith. Now, he has been given a new opportunity for hope through CAR-T cell therapy, an advanced treatment that could make a tremendous difference in his fight against cancer. Joe is a devoted husband to his wife, Arlene, and a loving father to their four children. Family has always been at the center of his life, and now they are standing beside him as he faces this next chapter. As part of his treatment, Joe will need to leave his home in Corpus Christi and spend approximately one month in San Antonio. During this time, he will be unable to work. The CAR-T therapy will leave him with virtually no immune system while his body recovers, making it unsafe for him to return to work or be exposed to everyday illnesses. His only job during this time will be to heal. The financial burden of travel, temporary housing, meals, medical expenses, and the loss of income will place tremendous stress on Joe and his family. We want to help ease that burden so they can focus on what truly matters—his recovery and time together as a family. If you know Joe, you know his strength, kindness, and willingness to help others. Today, we’re asking for that same kindness to be shown to him. Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward helping Joe and his family cover expenses during his treatment and recovery. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping Joe, Arlene, and their children in your thoughts and prayers. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your generosity, compassion, and support. Your prayers, encouragement, and gifts will remind Joe and his family that they are not facing this journey alone.
