Hi, my name is Kenya Waldrup, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life. I’m a mother doing everything I can to provide a safe and stable life for my daughter. Recently, we’ve been facing mental, emotional, verbal, and financial abuse. During the time of the abuse, I’ve lost the most important thing to me—making sure that my daughter had a home that felt like a home. A SAFE HOME. I’ve lost my job, and had to continue staying where we weren’t even welcomed. My MAIN PRIORITY is saving up to get my babygirl into a home, where she feels comfortable, safe and cared for, where she’s able to be a child and have a great childhood. A home where she’s able to continue her daily life with as much stability as possible. She’s deserving of a better life. We have been through many things, but by the grace of God, I am still here and she still has a mother. We have each other. I appreciate anyone who helps, even if you can just share my story. I am grateful and sincerely thank you.
