<div>Hello, my name is William Barton. My dad died on August 2, 2025. My dad left his will in a state and my sister in charge of it. Due to his diminished capacity and his brain bleed, she has manipulated him into switching everything around, and it is so messed up. He hasn't been buried yet, and it's been almost 5 months. She has isolated everything; I cannot even get money for an attorney or funeral. I pray every day, and I know that the Lord does not have deaf ears.

<div>I'm trying to raise money for attorney fees, which is $5000 to start. And I want to raise money for a funeral. <strong>My father would be crying out from the grave right now if he was in it; he's still in the freezer.</strong> Actually, the truth be known, my sister cremated him, and he wasn't supposed to be cremated. Since then, she has snuck hearings in here in Fort Myers to try to get the money that he set aside for his funeral for her own consumption. She's treating everything like her personal slush fund. I swear on all that is good, this is no con job; this is real deal stuff. If anybody out there can please help, if an attorney sees this and would help represent me, that would fix the attorney fee thing, but I still need to bury my father. Since this happened, she has retired, only having one job in her life, and is living lavishly.

<div>My dad left me his motorcoach that I'm staying in now in Fort Myers. My sister is trying to take this motor home back, saying that Dad left it to her. But my father explained to me over the past 2 years the manipulation she's been inflicting on him, trying to get him to change things around in his diminished capacity. It didn't totally work, but it worked enough. The worse she can con the system. Now this is eventually going to catch up with her, and this is an open and shut case. I don't know if I'm supposed to leave my phone number or anything on this; I've never done this before. I don't want anybody to think that I'm trying to con money out of anybody. I am seriously grieving, and I have no closure. I have no emotion. I have nothing except waking up every morning in my father's RV and sitting down and talking to him over coffee.

<div>If there's anyone out there, an attorney or anybody that can help me, I beg of you, and I've never asked anybody for anything. I don't do that. I'm from Huntington, West Virginia, originally. I live in Fort Myers, Florida. I moved away for a while, but I had to come back. I beg of you, even if it's a penny or a dime. Even to write this, I am having trouble keeping my composure. Pray with me. If there is a state attorney out there that is willing to help me with this, I just have to get a judge to view it, and he's going to see what she's been doing. She is not a very good crook. It's an open and shut case. As soon as anybody with legal credentials gets to the first couple of pages, they're going to just shake their head and go, well, there is so much more to list, but I don't want to bore you guys.
