My name is Michael Caballero. For more than thirty years, I’ve built my career in the beauty industry as a Master Stylist, Educator, and mentor. I’ve seen firsthand how this craft can transform lives, build confidence, and create real opportunity. Now I’m building the next step of that impact: the Michael Joseph Beauty Conservatory in Staten Island. This will be a modern, inclusive, hands-on training environment where students learn real-world skills from day one. Every texture, every service, every client scenario. The goal is simple: graduates who are confident, prepared, and career-ready the moment they step out the door. This isn’t just a school. It’s a standard. After decades behind the chair and in education, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned into one place to create something that reflects what this industry should be today. The Conservatory is already in motion. I’m currently securing a location, completing licensing, and building the foundation to open our doors.
