The Vision We are raising €800,000 to buy a historic stone villa and land in Tuscany. Our goal is to build a private wellness sanctuary that brings together the absolute best in modern longevity science, traditional Eastern medicine, and deep ecological design. We are focusing our search on the Tuscany region or neighboring regions that balance convenience and transport (being close to a major city like Florence), privacy, being close to a hot spring like Petriolo or to buy our own hot spring, health of the ecosystem and away from pesticides, vicinity to a cold body of water to swim, and having cold spring water. Wild waters are one of the biggest pillars of health. This will be a self-sustaining villa built for people who want to optimize their health, longevity, and vitality. It will feature: A Modern Biohacking Lab: Medical-grade saunas, advanced cryotherapy/ice baths, cellular bio-resonance systems, intravenous vitamin therapies, and structured fourth-phase (H3O2) spring water. Eastern Modalities: Tailored Ayurvedic protocols, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and ancestral therapies. Advanced Mycology: A laboratory dedicated to cultivating premium medicinal mushrooms using the whole-lifecycle method (mycelium and fruiting body, inspired by Paul Stamets). This level of clean, high-standard production is incredibly difficult to find in Europe. Regenerative Landscaping: A chemical-free bio-pool, an organic permaculture food forest, and native botanical gardens designed to restore local biodiversity and support pollinators. The land will also support our own olive groves, vineyards, and Bees Nests, integrating estate-grown nourishment directly into our protocols. Psychedelic medicine experiences which prioritize safety, effectiveness, and if applicable, traditional medicine practitioners to carry and administer the medicine in a way which honors and respects the culture and people from which it originates. This project is led by Ava Klein from California and Enrico Rinaldi from Italy: Ava is a biologist and environmental designer. Her focus is on ethnobotany, ecosystem restoration, and building resilient, biodiverse landscapes. Enrico is a health strategist, clinical practitioner, Biohacker and Antropologist. For years, Enrico has provided private wellness consultations and treatments to high-profile founders and tech executives in Silicon Valley and around the world. We have spent the last decade studying regenerative models and wellness spaces worldwide. We know exactly what works, and we are ready to anchor this permanent space in Italy. To make the villa truly sustainable, we are running it on a balanced, two-tier model: 1. Private Wellness Guests: High-end longevity retreats and private physical optimization programs for executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals who prioritize results and a transformative experience. 2. The Residency Program: A curated work-exchange for people skilled in permaculture, natural building, and the culinary arts. Residents will help keep the villa thriving and self-sufficient, ensuring the land is cared for while keeping operational costs balanced. Use of Funds: Every euro of the €800,000 raised will go directly into the physical assets of the project: Property Acquisition: Purchasing the stone villa, acreage, and existing olive groves/vineyards in our target Tuscan destination. Lab & Tech Infrastructure: Outfitting the biohacking facility and the mycology lab. The Land: Installing the permaculture infrastructure, bio-pools, and native plant systems.
