<div>Howard Nett has been fighting cancer for the last 11 years, showing incredible strength and resilience throughout his journey. This November would have marked his 19th year as an integral part of our real estate team, always ready to lend a hand, share a laugh, or offer his wisdom. Howard was not only a great real estate agent but also an accomplished musician, writing original music and bringing joy to those around him. He was one of the kindest people we have had in our lives, always willing to help out and full of funny stories that brightened our days.

<div> Attilio shared these words about Howard, reflecting on their time as part of the original three who started Team Lally together: “For me, Howard was the creative, kind, and driven person we all aspired to be. Often, when someone passes away, people say nice things out of politeness—but with Howard, every word is true. He wasn’t organized on paper, but he was incredibly organized in his mind. We sometimes disagreed about this, but Howard’s great qualities far outweighed any flaws, as is true for anyone who is kind and self-reflective. Howard was always examining himself and striving to be better. I feel lucky to have known him for the last 19 years of his life. In the beginning of Team Lally, it was Howard, me, and Adrienne. I’ll miss you forever, Howard. Love you—Attilio.”

<div> Howard recently passed away, leaving behind his loving wife Blythe, daughter Macy, and son Pookela. His family now faces the challenge of covering funeral expenses, medical bills, and supporting his children’s education. While Howard gave so much to the Oahu real estate and music communities, putting together over a thousand deals and sharing his talents generously, his family needs our help during this difficult time.

<div>Jennifer “Jenny” Moyer of Southport, NC passed away very suddenly and much too young. She was a friend to many. She was a very passionate woman that loved dearly. She could light up a room with her smile and never met a stranger. She would always help those in need and made sure that everyone she loved felt special. As a Mom, she did everything she could to help her children excel. As such they were accepted to an early college program where they are doing exceptionally well. Times could be tough for Jenny, but she never stopped plowing forward and never took the route of self-pity. She had such an appreciation for art, jewelry and mid-century furniture. She had a green thumb as evidenced by the flourishing plants that thrived in her care, much like her children.

<div>She is survived by her 15year-old twins, Grayson and Finley Moyer. They were her pride and joy. Born premature Jenny had to make some difficult educational decisions that left her feeling like she was failing them. Quite the opposite happened. Grayson aspires to be an Aerospace Engineer and Finley an artist. The dreams and hopes they have will be theirs. Achieving them will be the best way to honor the woman that gave all of herself for them.

Support Tony's Family

This is <strong>Marci Saballa Montoya</strong>.  She carries many titles: daughter, mother, sister, friend, and colleague to name a few.  She has always been a hard worker and made every effort to ensure she could provide for her family, but now she needs our help.  In August 2015, Marci was diagnosed with breast cancer.  While she continues to fight the battles that only she can, we ask for your help to lift the burden where she doesn’t need to fight alone.<br /><br />Marci has already undergone several chemotherapy treatments to  shrink the cancer mass.  In spring of 2016, she will receive extensive surgeries to remove the remaining cancer cells.  Since her diagnosis, Marci has learned she carries the BRCA2 genetic mutation.  The presence of this mutation means she will need to have a bilateral mastectomy (removal of both breasts) to remove all at risk tissue.  Marci’s breast cancer also proved to be HER2 positive (overproduction of a protein) which causes the cancer to grow aggressively.  This translates to an additional year of chemotherapy following her surgeries.<br /><br />For those of you who have had a loved one go through chemotherapy, you understand how difficult it is to cope with day-to-day life.  As much as she would love to, Marci is unable to continue working.  Her medical bills are becoming unmanageable and are projected to grow if she is to continue on a treatment plan to beat cancer.   <br /><br />We are requesting donations to help defray the cost of the medical bills that are associated with her treatment of this aggressive cancer.  Your support will relieve some of the stress from her life so she can focus on getting healthy.  We understand if you are unable to make a donation, but we ask that you keep her in your prayers and continue to show your support.<br /><br />On behalf of the family and friends of Marci, we would like to wish you a Happy New Year and with your help Marci will prove breast cancer picked a fight with the wrong chick.<br /><br />Thank you for your support,<br />Friends and Family of Marci Saballa Montoya<br /><strong>#TeamMarci</strong><br /><br /><br /><br />** This GoFundMe page is not associated with the separate fundraiser for Marci which will be held on February 27th, 2016.  Please use the links to contact us if you would like more details about that event.  **

There’s an amazing school in Detroit that’s getting national attention right now and needs your help. At Spain Elementary Middle School, many of the students are underprivileged and homeless, but that’s not their only obstacle. Almost all of their technology doesn’t work, their entire roof is falling apart and their gym is completely shut down. Spain Elementary Middle School is in dire need of millions of dollars in renovations and we would love your help.
