Help Us Keep My Dad’s Dream Alive ❤️
If you knew my dad, you knew two things: he worked hard, and he could cook.
Growing up, it felt like my siblings and I had our own personal chef. It didn’t matter if money was tight or if it was a special occasion—my dad could make magic out of anything. Fancy meals, struggle meals, comfort food, desserts that people still talk about to this day—he poured love into every plate he made.
He worked hard his entire life, right up until the very end. In fact, the last thing he ever cooked was a birthday dinner for my mom.
One of my dad’s dreams was to own a food truck. Unfortunately, he never got the chance to make that dream a reality before he passed away.
Today, I’m asking for your help to carry that dream forward.
I’ve always loved cooking, creating, and bringing people together through food. I still live in the same community that helped raise me, and I want to build something meaningful—not just for myself and my family, but for the people around me as well.
Our vision is to launch a food truck serving loaded salads, creative salad bowls, smoothies, desserts, and other delicious food made with the same love and care my dad put into every meal. And let’s be honest—the salads won’t always be the healthiest salads… but they’ll definitely be good.
This food truck is about more than food.
It’s about legacy.
It’s about showing my children, my family, and my community that dreams don’t have to die with the people who dreamed them.
It’s about honoring a man who gave everything he had to the people he loved.
The funds raised will help us:
* Purchase a used food truck
* Obtain permits and licenses
* Purchase equipment and supplies
* Cover startup and operating costs
* Bring this dream to life for our community
No, we’ll never get to taste my dad’s cooking again. That’s a reality we have to live with.
But what we can do is keep his dream alive.
Every donation, share, and word of encouragement brings us one step closer to turning a dream into something real—a dream that started with a hardworking father who simply loved feeding people.
Thank you for helping us continue his story. ❤️
With love and gratitude,
