Ashundria Oliver

My name is Ashundria Oliver, and I recently completed my PhD after years of academic and professional work focused on inequality, systems, and the challenges people face during major life transitions. Through these experiences, I began developing an initiative called Oliver and Company™. Oliver and Company™ is a developing community-centered initiative focused on supporting women and marginalized individuals navigating economic instability, workforce transitions, housing insecurity, and major life changes across adulthood. The long-term vision is to create accessible support systems that combine transitional housing, direct-aid supply distribution, workforce development, mental health support, and an actionable research component to deeply understand and solve the structural issues impacting these communities. This fundraiser will support the early development of the initiative, specifically providing the seed capital needed to establish a legal and digital foundation. Where the Funds Will Go: Your support will directly fund: * The Official Website & Domain: Moving off free, unsearchable links to a fully visible, secure .org website so individuals can easily find resources, apply for direct aid, and register for programs online. * 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Status: Covering the official state incorporation and IRS filing fees, which will unlock my access to the larger grant funding pots required to scale these programs and make them fully operational. * Administrative Setup: Building the early secure database infrastructure, email communications, and outreach materials needed to maintain compliance and organize future volunteer networks.
