<div>Hello, I'm Kasandra and I am raising money to help Tiger, a very sweet and sick stray cat that I rescued off the street of my neighborhood.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have known Tiger for five years, ever since I first saw him walking around the streets where I live. In recent months Tiger has appeared concerningly thin, lethargic, was not eating food, and overall weak and frail. It is heartbreaking seeing the friendly stray I'd come to love so much getting sicker by the day so my mom and I finally decided enough was enough - we took Tiger in!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Tiger and I need your help. He urgently needs a follow-up vet visit and dental surgery. It's been two weeks and Tiger has since been taken to an animal hospital and vet and received probiotics and antibiotics. He had worms and is still being treated for the parasite Coccidia. He has regained his appetite and eats so much! But unfortunately he still has terrible diarrhea and is not retaining many nutrients or putting back on weight which he needs in order to be a surgery candidate. He has a broken tooth and a very bad dental infection. Tiger is also FIV+
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have been lucky enough to get some initial help from a wonderful cat rescue but they can no longer assist me financially as they have too many cases! It's been incredibly difficult affording his prescribed food, the vet visits, and other supplies as my mom and I also have three other cats that are our pets.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please, if anyone can help us with Tiger's healing journey it would be immensely appreciated. He's the sweetest boy and we just want to see him healthy and happy and eventually find him the perfect forever home &lt;3

Tiger the Rescue Cat Needs Your Help

<div>Hi, my name is Juateria Hall, Aunt of Jhamari Jaquel Hall. It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of my nephew Jhamari Hall, age 16, who was tragically shot and killed on Wednesday, February 8, 2023. To lose a child is every parent's nightmare.
</div>
<div>We are raising money to cover the costs of the funeral and memorial services for Jhamari's family as this passing was completely unexpected.
</div>
<div>We want to provide Jhamari with the funeral he deserves. We also want to allow his mother Jasmin Hall, brother JaTravis Hall, and immediate family to grieve their loss without worrying about the everyday expense. Please donate what you can to assist our family during this difficult time. Any amount you donate is greatly appreciated.
</div>
<div>Jhamari Hall just 16 was a beloved son, grandson, nephew, brother, and cousin. Jhamari LOVED football and basketball. He had plans to play on the basketball team at Parkland High School this season. Jhamari has also been playing football since the age of 5 years old. He also had plans to go to Job Corps in just a few weeks. He just wanted to make our family proud of him. He was full of life and loved deeply by everyone he touched. His smile will light up a room, even though he was so ready to get his braces off.
</div>
<div>He will be missed beyond measure. Our family thanks you all for your unconditional love and support! Please continue to keep our family and his friends in your prayers during this very difficult tragic time.

Gone Too Soon, Forever 16

<div>Let’s do it again, folks, and help my young friend <strong>Howard Godfrey </strong>continue attending Berklee College of Music!
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Just one year ago, the Go Fund Me community raised $70,000, allowing Howard to attend his first year at this prestigious music school in Boston.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Howard <strong><em>excelled </em></strong>in his freshman year. He won a national songwriting contest in October 2021 and recorded a full-length musical soundtrack. His composition, “The Waltz of Adonis &amp; Delilah,” was selected as 1 of 13 winners for The Musical Theater Songwriting Challenge, a competition by the National Endowment for the Arts &amp; The American Theatre Wing… that's right, the folks who do the Tony Awards!

</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>I am a super fan of Howard. When my family moved to Evanston several years ago, I noticed a tall slender young man who excelled in all things related to music and theater at Evanston Township High School and at The Musical Offering, an Evanston community music school. He is a good friend of my youngest daughter, and you can’t help but notice him, be impressed with his talents, and be touched by his kindness.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Music is Howard’s life’s passion. He sings, choreographs, composes, conducts, and plays many instruments, including but not limited to the piano, clarinet, flute, saxophone, violin, cello, bassoon &amp; oboe. (You get the idea!) During his high school years, I saw him and his friends busking throughout Evanston, Illinois, and they donated all proceeds to a Chicago-based nonprofit, Assata’s Daughters.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Howard is back in the Chicagoland area for the summer, living with his three younger sisters and mom, who works full time. He is juggling various jobs to pay for tuition and living expenses for the upcoming 2022-2023 academic school year at Berklee. He also sells handcrafted herbal teas if you wish to support his small business! See this link: themorningdewteas.com
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>I hope the Go Fund Me community will continue to support Howard pursue his education in studying contemporary writing and production at Berklee College of Music.
</div>

Help Howard return to Berklee College!

<div>My 31-year journey on this earth was not easy.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Despite being talented and funny - fear, trauma, and mental illness kept me from doing many things I wanted to do.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>I dreamed of things like...
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>I own 5 bedroom house - a room for each kid. I own my car and manage a recording studio.
</div>

<div>I get to know my son and experience the person he is becoming.
</div>

<div>I raise my daughters to be fearless.
</div>

<div>I am close with my family.
</div>

<div>I can afford the best medical care for my mother.
</div>

<div>I have the courage to stand up for the people that need protection.
</div>

<div>&amp; I am no longer afraid to admit I want to love someone fully - without anger, fear, or jealousy.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Those things will not come to fruition, but<strong> I promise I was trying</strong>.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>I want you all to know that even though I had dark days, I felt hopeful, loved, and safe these last few weeks.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div><strong>Thank you for being there through the good and bad &amp; don't forget to love yourself.</strong>
