<div><strong>CLEAN WATER FOR THE HUNI KUIN COMMUNITY </strong>
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/98583961_1767673965936919_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div>Bom Dia! Thank you for taking a moment to read this. I recently spent time living with the Huni Kuin in the Chico Curumim village located in the Amazonian region of western Brazil. These are people who live simply, in large extended families, deeply connected to the land with a knowledge of homeopathic and traditional forest medicine passed down through generations.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They are among the last guardians of the lungs of the Earth.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Yet despite their profound wisdom and hospitality, they live without access to many basic necessities that most of us take for granted.
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/98583961_1767674337257996_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div>There is limited clean drinking water.
</div>
<div>The nearby river—once pure—is now contaminated due to logging, pollution, and upstream activity. It is no longer safe to drink from.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>There are no hygienic sanitary facilities, only a basic outhouse. There are no medical facilities, no cars, no appliances, and no infrastructure.
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/98583961_1767674779796774_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div>All supplies—food, medicine, tools—must be brought in by small boat, requiring a three to four hour journey each way through the river. Every necessity comes at great effort.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And yet, these are some of the most beautiful, generous, and welcoming people I have ever met. They open their homes to strangers. They laugh heartily, they make wonderful music, and crafts. They care deeply for one another and nature. They carry ancestral knowledge of the sacred forest, knowledge that modernity is destroying at an alarming rate.
</div>
<div><br />

<div>A Simple, Achievable Dream
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/98583961_1767674847518199_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div>The young chief, Ninawa, has a vision for his people that is both humble and profoundly important: clean water and basic sanitation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A properly built water well in the newly developed part of town would transform daily life for the entire community, especially for women and children, by providing safe drinking water and reducing disease.
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/98583961_176767417074145_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div>The women create beautiful, hand-made jewelry, which they sell to visitors as their primary source of income. Chief Ninawa also travels when invited, sharing his music, medicine and culture with the outside world. He is a gifted musician and cultural ambassador but resources are extremely limited.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is not a dream that requires millions.
</div>
<div>It requires $7,000 USD.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>How You Can Help
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Even a few dollars truly makes a difference. Every contribution brings clean water closer to families.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If this story moves you please consider giving. Together, we can help protect not only a people, but a way of life that honors the Earth itself. A huge part of this is exposure so please post this to your favorite social platform or group chat. And stay tuned as we continue to improve the quality of life here by building a fishing pond and sanitation facilities in the near future.

Clean Water for the Huni Kuin Community

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hi Family,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Brielle Murch (musician name: Brielle Águila). My 7-year-old son, Shiloh, and I were recently in an intense car accident. Thankfully we’re healing well, but my car was declared a total loss and because of its age, insurance won’t cover anything.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My car is essential for caring for my son, getting him to school and family, and for supporting our livelihood. My work revolves around regenerative land care and commUNITY: planting and maintaining food forests, tending gardens, running my small nursery, harvesting herbs and food to share, and hosting community offerings like Permaculture Paradise gatherings, foraging walks, holistic nutrition and composting classes, natural birth workshops, song circles, grief ceremonies, and nature-based yoga.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I also rely on my car to travel for healing music performances and to teach monthly children’s classes in gardening, foraging, composting, nutrition, music, and mindfulness. I host free family markets and volunteer permaculture days to help grow more food and create more paradise-like spaces across Florida.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A reliable used car will allow me to continue serving the land, the children, and the community with devotion. Thank you for any support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Calling in 7k (GoFundMe made me start at $900).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Aho. I love you. Thank you!
