Who are we and why are we raising funds? We are ARS 2.0, a Social Promotion Association based in Rome, committed to supporting the integration of migrants through language education and social inclusion projects. We are raising funds to offer a free Italian language course to migrants and asylum seekers from African and Middle Eastern countries. For many of them, learning Italian is a fundamental step to access rights, services, work opportunities, and to fully participate in Italian society. How will the funds be used? The project consists of a three-month Italian language course running from March to June, for a total of 80 hours over 13 weeks. Lessons will take place four times per week, each lasting 90 minutes. The funds raised will be used to cover the following costs: Teaching costs: The course will be taught by a qualified Italian language teacher. Cost: €40 gross per hour (€25 net), for a total of 80 hours. Classroom rental: The course will take place in a dedicated learning space. Cost: €1,520 total, calculated at €19 per hour. CELI certification exam fees: At the end of the course, students will take the CELI exam from the University for Foreigners of Perugia: A2 level (required for long-term residence permit) B1 level (required for Italian citizenship) Exam fee: €120 per student, for a total of €1,200–1,440 for 10–12 students. In addition to the educational activities, the entire project will be documented and shared through our social media platforms (YouTube , Instagram ) and on our website (www.ars20.org), always respecting the privacy of participants.
