This is Izzy's story, miles away in Davao City, Philippines. It's a story that hits hard, revealing a painful medical predicament for furmoms out there. Izzy was traumatically hit and run over by a vehicle, was treated and admitted on October 25, 2025, in an animal hospital at Lanang, Davao City, Philippines. Izzy is still confined in this hospital but not because the doctors can’t help anymore, but because the hospital bill has grown far beyond what furmom, Hannah Seth can afford. Medically, Izzy has fought bravely and is stable enough to go home. Like many pet parents, Izzy's furmom never hesitated when he needed urgent care. Every decision was made out of love and the hope of saving a life. But emergency treatment, medications, confinement, and round-the-clock care quickly turned into an overwhelming financial burden. The bill has now reached an amount that makes discharge impossible. The administration of this animal hospital is not amicable enough for any financial agreement to make release attainable. Imagine surviving an accident, only to be separated from home because of financial constraints. Izzy is more than a pet. He is family, a comfort on hard days, quiet companionship, and unconditional love. Hannah Seth has done everything within her capacity - but now needs help.
