<div>Dominic Victor Panico was born September 21 of 1999.  He has  always been character, specially growing up. We used to call him professor because he knew ALOT. Growing up he wanted to live at the beach and be a beach bum. Dominic was definitely always trying to make people smile and laugh. He was a friend to most but wasn’t afraid to speak up. He went to school to become an HVAC technician, but made pizzas in the mean time. Dominic became a father in November of 2023. He truly loved his daughter more than anything. His death is shocking to all but let’s not forget the memories we have with him.

Honoring Dominic Panico’s Memory

<div>On October 1, 2021 at 2:37pm, we lost the world’s most beloved person, Amanda Gordon. While she endured a hard fought battle with COVID, she did not lose the war, for she was able to deliver and save her daughter’s life, a  small bright light who will carry on Amanda’s heart and soul. Amanda was adored by each person she met and loved her friends and family fiercely.

<div>Amanda leaves behind husband, Brent, newborn Avery, father John, mother Brenda, brother Josh, and many more. On top of the insurmountable pain and gaping holes left in our hearts, Brent and family will face hospital and funeral expenses, as well as expenses to bring Avery home and give her the best life possible. Any donation is wholeheartedly appreciated. If you are unable to donate, please spread the word, or otherwise send your love, prayers, thoughts, and hugs to the Gordon and Mahoney families. Happy New Year to everyone and I hope all is well. Today, my brother Kylan turns 21 years old.  Before his birthday, Kylan was recently diagnosed with metastatic thyroid cancer that has spread from his thyroid to his lymph nodes. On December 17th, Kylan received surgery that removed his entire thyroid gland, 2 masses, and 42 lymph nodes. Throughout this recovery, he has remained positive and has been very brave over the past few weeks. He still has a long road ahead of him as he will be undergoing radiation treatment and will possibly undergo future surgeries.<br /><br />Kylan's whole life has been put on hold as no 21-year-old should have to drown in student loans and medical debt all while struggling to pay for basic necessities at the same time. Kylan is a current student at Fresno State University and was able to finish out his semester with a 4.0 before his surgery. In addition, he was working 2 jobs but had to take time off which has now affected his income for rent and food every month. Kylan was working at a physical therapy facility where he aspires to one day become a Physical Therapist and improve the lives of other patients who have gone through their own hardships. <br /><br />I am asking for friends, family, and the community to help Kylan out with the vast amount of medical debt he has accumulated in such a short amount of time. Unfortunately, his insurance covers very little of the multiple medical procedures involved and my parents are doing all that they can to help him out financially.<br /><br />Please help me celebrate Kylan's birthday by helping him alleviate the burden of his medical debt. No gift is too small. Most importantly of all, please share this as much as you can and pray for him. All donations will be put towards his medical debt to pay for MRI and PET scans, blood tests, surgery, radiation treatment, as well as medication to replace the hormones Kylan can no longer produce on his own. Gino Ulloa Funeral Expenses

Our hearts are broken and still overwhelmed with the loss of Veronica. Not only was she honorable and respectful to her work family. She was loyal and dependable to her friends, and kind to anyone she came across. To her family she was all of this and more. She was definitely Carlos and Desiree’s everything. Veronica was the glue that held her family together as a whole. She organized, planned and supported her daughters love of playing softball and did whatever it took to make everything run smoothly.  We know for a fact that Veronica would not want this tragedy to be the end of Desiree’s softball career. On November 12, 2017, our lives drastically changed again.  Just when we thought this horrible disease passed and took various family members we felt we would be able to resume a normal life and finally breathe.  However, our sweet babygirl Averrie DeLaFuente was diagnosed with Neohroblastoma aka Kidney Cancer and even worse on her mom’s birthday.  During this time her grandpa, my husband was also in treatment for his incureable disease and in remission from Multiple Myrloma.  In 2004 my daughter was diagnosed with cancer and she is now in remission and just celebrated 20 years of life a few months ago.  Averrie was 4 years old at the time and showed absolutely no signs of this horrible disease.  It wasn’t until she fell when she developed a lump immediately on her right side.   After enduring radiation for weeks and chemotherapy for several months, numerous transfusions and hospitalizations, a scan revealed Averrie tumor came back.  Unfortunately the tumor returned in a location where it was inoperable, her stomach lymph nodes.  We immediately asked for a referral to UCSF for a second opinion.  On September 19,  2018, our lives and hearts were shattered.  The doctors informed my daughter that becaus Averrie’s tumor came back during treatment her chances of surviving even while on a new chemo were under 5%.  Mom wasn’t about to give up.  On September 24, 2018 Averrie commenced her first chemo treatment.   By September 27, 2018 her stomach was inflamed and she was vomiting.  Doctors at Children’s Hospital siezed treatment and immediately admitted Averrie for further testing.   Results to scan revealed fluid in her abdomen and the tumor continued to grow.   After discussing with mom the results and their recommendations mom decided to stop chemo and let Averrie enjoy the rest of her life as happy and comfortable as can be. Since chemo wasn’t working and she was declining, mom felt this was the best decision for Averrie.  A meeting with family was held on September 30, 2018, where we were all informed that Averrie has weeks to possibly months of life left before she will be carried to heaven.   Mom is a single parent raising 4 children on her own. Because of Averrie’s condition mom is not able to secure a job at this time as she wants to enjoy Averrie as long as she can.  At this time we are asking for donations of any amount for any expenses whether it be taking Averrie on an outing to enjoy life or when the time comes for end of life expenses.  I am trying to relieve my daughter of some of her financial stress and concentrate  and focus on Averrie.  Please find it in your heart to donate.  God bless you all!!!

Hello everyone,  we lost my mother early in the morning on Saturday, August 25th. I’m not very good with words. We are completely heart broken and devastated by the loss. <br /><br />I am just putting this out there because we have got a lot of questions regarding what people can do to help. <br /><br />If you you would like to make a donation for final expenses, here is where you can do that. <br /><br />I love my mom more than I could ever say and I’m just trying to get through this day by day. <br /><br />Thank you everyone.

<p>In November 2017, my son Levi Dodd began to experience respiratory problems, fever and chills.  The doctor treated it like any common cold/flu virus and told him to get rest and drink fluids.  Shortly after he was diagnosed with strep throat and valley fever.  The symptoms progressed to headaches, a stiff neck and extreme fatigue.  Following a treatment regimen to battle the valley fever, they were able to get it under control.  Sadly, Levi's other symptoms did not get better and in January 2018 his doctor took him off work.  At this point he was vomiting and coughing up blood, running a fever, had swollen lymph nodes and extreme fatigue.  He went to numerous specialists, endless testing and they could not determine what was wrong.  Fast forward to last Saturday, March 10, 2018.  Levi was found on his couch unconscious and barely breathing.  The paramedics were called and en route to the hospital he stopped breathing and his heart stopped.  By the time they arrived at the ER, he was blue.  It took 5 minutes of CPR to get a pulse.  He has been in the ICU intubated and in a medically induced coma since.  The reason I am reaching out is, Levi has been self-employed for so long that he cannot get State Disability benefits.  He has not worked since January 5, and still has bills to pay, on top of the mounting medical bills.  One of his prescriptions is $200 a week and is not covered by his health insurance.  He has used up his savings and has liquidated all he can.  We are trying to keep things afloat while he is out, but financially it has become impossible.  I have great faith that God will heal Levi, or at least get him to a good place.  But right now he needs help financially.  Anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.</p>

On Sunday, June 24 he was shot in the head as he ran for his life during an apparent robbery. <br /><br />Nick was only 17 years old and was a student at San Joaquin Memorial High School. He was getting ready to play on the varsity soccer team for his school. <br /><br />After a valiant fight on his part and the medical team at Community Regional Medical Center, Nick has passed. <br /><br />We are asking you to show your love for Nick and his mom with your continued prayers and, if you can, by donating to help with the medical bills, funeral and other expenses. Lisa has been at his side continuously and remains unable to work. Lisa's dear friend of 40 yers,  Laura Mather, has set up a bank account at Educational Employees Credit Union where funds from this site will be transferred. On October 26th, our beloved brother Chi Lam was tragically struck by a reckless driver on South 10th Street. His friends, family, and fraternity brothers are devastated by the loss, and we have all come together to ensure that Chi's family is provided with proper financial support through these tough times.<br /><br />Chi is remembered as a kind-hearted, genuine person that consistently made others smile. His gentle tone and encouraging words brightened the lives of many and left a significant impact on all those he had conversations with. He was also an avid photographer, artist, designer, runner, and great basketball player. <br /><br />As a member of Delta Sigma Phi, he contributed a tremendous amount of time to bettering the brotherhood by serving as Chapter Historian. Chi attended every single event and took hundreds of pictures. He was a member of Lambda pledge class and initiated into the fraternity in the Fall of 2012. <br /><br />Not only was Chi heavily involved in Delta Sigma Phi, but he was also a member of SJSU’s Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) and Union of North American Vietnamese Student Association (UNAVSA), an organization in which he was involved on a national scale. <div>Our nephew, Mykey Ramirez, suffered a traumatic brain injury on December 31st and has been hospitalized ever since.

<div>At one point, Mykey was fighting for his life and on a ventilator. By God’s grace, he is now out of ICU and beginning the long, difficult road to recovery. We have already witnessed many miracles, but it will take time to fully understand the extent of his brain injury and what he may need to relearn.

<div>Once Mykey is released from the hospital, he will be transferred to a rehabilitation facility (location still unknown) where he will begin intensive therapy. Brain injuries are a very slow process, and we are trusting the Lord to continue performing miracles in Mykey’s life.
