<div>As I currently reside in Egypt, my heart is heavy with worry for my 2 younger brothers, Yousef &amp; Rami. We’ve been inseparable for as long as I can remember, bound by a bond that goes beyond mere siblinghood. They’re not just my brothers; they’re my best friends, my confidants, and the light in my darkest moments. Their unwavering optimism and silly jokes have carried us through life’s trials, even amidst the horrors of war in Gaza.

<div>I managed to escape Gaza thankfully 2 months ago, However, my brothers remain trapped in a nightmare, stuck in a tent. They're facing the danger of malnutrition &amp; dehydration. And while they always remain strong, I am afraid that their mental health is declining with each passing day. Their dreams of completing their education are slipping further away. They deserve better than the suffering they’ve endured. They deserve the chance to heal, thrive, and pursue their dreams with the same fervor that once lit up their eyes.

<div>Rami &amp; Yousef have their university life &amp; education ahead of them. Because of an agreement between Gazan Universities (now destroyed) and the Egyptian government, once in Egypt, they will be able to enroll at a local university to complete their undergraduate education. The money raised through this campaign will cover the costs of their crossing, university tuition, and living expenses while they take the rest of their classes.

Fund Brother's Journey from Gaza to Achieve IT Dreams

<div>My name is Brandon Williams, and I am an American from North Carolina who works in youth nonprofits. I am managing this campaign on behalf of Allam Atallah, a young multimedia professional from Deir al-Balah, Palestine. For close to a year now, I have had the honor of considering Allam to be family.

<div>Prior to the ongoing campaign of violence across Gaza, Allam was a university student studying to become a professor of technological education. He shared the same interests and hobbies as many young Palestinians: he enjoyed seeing friends, playing football, and going to the beach. Now, Allam's home has been destroyed and he and his family have been displaced. Allam's former life has been destroyed by the occupation, but we can come together to help him rebuild a new life.

<div>Allam is the sole provider for his family, and is tasked with looking after both siblings and cousins. Allam is defined by his altruism, compassion, and willingness to look after others. Whether he is putting a smile on the faces of his younger cousins, securing water for the family, or aiding in community events for the displaced orphaned children, Allam's character and conviction shines through.

Donations will be used by Allam to establish himself and rebuild away from the devastation once the crossings re-open. Allam will travel through the Crossing first and use the funds here to set a foundation for the rest of his family in their new temporary home away from the constant threat of death. Donations will be used for travel costs plus shelter and provisions within Egypt once Allam is able to cross. I am happy to provide screenshot receipts of all payouts to Allam. <div>Hello, I'm an 18 year old only child with a mother and father. We don't have any relatives that are able to help us out with this and we've been struggling with income our whole lives but make just enough to not be applicable for certain benefits.

<div>My mother is disabled, she has had brain surgery twice, hundreds of seizures, and a couple of strokes too. She's been unable to work but gets a disability check once a month. My father on the other hand, is able to work but he has had a heart attack before as well as a very poorly treated torn rotator's cuff. My mother is 60 soon and my father is 50, my father was fired from his job for completely unfair reasons and we have been struggling on and off since I was born. We've always been perfect tenants for all of our landlords, my parents made sure to keep rent on time and paid when food was so scarce my mother had to beg  neighbors just to make sure I was fed as a kid. My dad used to work as a semi-truck driver and has a CDL and has been truck driving, being gone for a week at a time, up until about 2 years ago when my mom started showing concerning signs of early onset dementia to which have not improved still. Until I turned 18 I was also getting a check that my mother would use to pay for groceries but now that I'm 18 I lost a lot of benefits including that 1k dollar check. As of right now we're only making about 1k a month due to these unfortunate circumstances and even before my father was fired we were only making about 48k a year.

<div>As for me, I'm an aspiring animator who plans to attend college in California if we're able to move and find a house. I was accepted into many colleges but I had to take a gap year (I graduated June 2025) due to not being able to afford the move yet. As of right now I don't have a permit or job. I haven't gotten a permit yet because of being afraid to drive and many places here require a permit or license to apply. I suffer from ADHD, high functioning autism, major anxiety, depression, and numerous other mental disorders that have affected me throughout my life. I plan on getting a job once we're able to move as well as facing my fears of driving and working towards my permit, times have just been extremely stressful for my family right now.

<div>We were evicted on the start of the new year and now that we're forced to move out we're going to be homeless up until then. My father has rented a storage unity to put all of our things in but we haven't been able to afford boxes up until today when my mother was paid. I'm trying to stay organized with everything but this is the first time I've moved and actually have had to do a lot and I'm stressed out. I used to move a lot as a kid but we moved here when I was 11 and have maintained a good relationship up until this point with our landlord, he agreed to allow us to stay up until I graduated.

<div>There have been numerous problems with this house though as well, most of the appliances here have worn out, I've had black mold in my bathroom since we moved here, the doorframes to outside have rotted badly, the lights aren't working and flicker sometimes, there's water damage on some of the ceilings, the house nearly set on fire but didn't because I smelt a burnt outlet connected to the washing machine, and other minor inconveniences that are supposed to be covered by the landlord. We have had to pay for most of these ourselves but as seen by the photos, some things we haven't been able to afford to fix. There are numerous problems within the neighborhood houses as well that randomly surface from time to time.

<div>As of right now we have about 1.8k saved up for this move but I have no clue how long we're going to be staying in hotels for, I'm terrified right now and I just want to make sure that we're able to afford to stay alive, I've been barely eating these past couple of months due to finances and stress and I feel horrible at how much I used to take for granted. My mother and I are on medication and while I'm lucky enough to get it for free, my mother isn't as lucky and she has about 10 medications she has to take to stay functioning and not have seizures.

<div>Anything helps, weather it be 1 dollar, 5 dollars or even just sharing around. I'm not going to be greedy I've never asked for money like this before and I feel bad for doing so but I'm genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of my parents and I and want to make sure we can survive until I get a job.
