Almost Heal & Heels Foundation was created to heal communities by restoring identity, dignity, and opportunity to individuals and families facing hardship. Our mission focuses on helping people who are struggling with: • Addiction and recovery • Identity loss or theft • Unemployment and lack of opportunity • Past mistakes that block access to housing or work Through our upcoming initiative, The Palace Community Center, we provide structured, accountable, and compassionate services designed to create real change. What We Provide • Addiction prevention, recovery education, and AA/NA support • Identity restoration assistance, including help obtaining: • State IDs • Social Security cards • Birth certificates • Maryland Notary Public services to help individuals complete required documentation • Job readiness, employment placement, and workforce development • Creative and artist development programs for individuals with talent: • Music production, publishing education (BMI-affiliated) • Photography and videography • Digital media and creative skills Community Programs • 662insecurity Program – providing job access and economic opportunity • Community Service & Redemption Program – offering structured second chances for individuals with criminal backgrounds • One Chance Program – participants are given one opportunity to comply with program rules and accountability standards • Spring Cleaning & Clean the Community Inthe City – neighborhood cleanup and restoration initiatives Why We’re Fundraising This fundraiser will help cover: • Program materials and supplies • Identity restoration and notary services • Community service tools and resources • Launch support for The Palace Community Center • Direct assistance for individuals seeking rehabilitation and reentry Every contribution helps us restore hope, rebuild lives, and strengthen communities.
