My heart feels so full while I post the newest update to our campaign. This is why I keep going. There are moments when you wonder whether one person, one team, or one small contribution can really make a difference. Then you see a family’s house being rebuilt. This project is a reminder that impact doesn’t always start with something big. Sometimes it starts with one person asking for help, a team willing to show up, a community willing to come together, and people like you choosing to contribute. Our $1 for 3 Bricks campaign is helping turn generosity into something tangible: a safe home for a family who lost theirs. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey so far. When we do things genuinely and from the heart, it gets noticed. Without forcing it, just by serving humanity. On August 10, Tulia and Gerardo experienced one of the most frightening days of their lives. When the 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck, Gerardo did everything he could to protect Tulia and save her life. This is what your donations are doing. Your donations are changing lives. We made it to northern Valle del Cauca, and we took you with us. Some journeys change you. This is one of them. ❤️ My team traveled through many rural communities delivering hope: Riofrio, El Robledo, Huasano, La Herradura, Ricaurte, Bolivar, El Hobo and Roldanillo. I wish you could have been there with my team , to see how your generosity became food, blankets, shoes, toys, and moments of relief and joy for families in northern Valle del Cauca. Behind every donation is someone who made a simple choice: “I care.” I am deeply grateful to every person who has donated, shared our campaign, encouraged us, or helped us make this possible.
