<div>I live with fibromyalgia, a condition that brings constant pain, deep fatigue, and daily challenges that most people don’t see.

<div>On the outside, I may look fine. But behind the scenes, even simple things can take a huge amount of energy. Every day requires effort, pacing, and resilience just to get through.

<div>Since being diagnosed, I’ve had to stop working, which has been a big adjustment both emotionally and financially. I’m now living on state benefits, including PIP, and while that helps, it doesn’t cover everything needed to properly manage this condition.
</div>
<div>I’ve learned to adapt, to stay strong, and to keep going — even on the harder days.
</div>
<div>What many people don’t realise is that managing fibromyalgia comes with ongoing costs. Treatments, supplements, and support that help me maintain some quality of life aren’t fully covered, and they add up quickly.
