<div>Hello my name is Ahlam Shehadeh, I’m currently asking support &amp; prayers for my friend/ coworker Shawn Marie Walker. On November 11, 2025 Shawn lost her 21 year old son Alexander Norton due to a motorcycle accident. Alexander was a loving son, brother, &amp; friend. He attended VCU, unfortunately God had other plans for him &amp; gained his wings too soon. Shawn is a loving LPN and was unprepared for this heartbroken tragic. In order for Shawn to return back to work, she needs to take time to grieve, so she can be able to take care of patients. I’m asking support to help alleviate any financial strains for Shawn. <div>Who knew a family trip would end in tragedy? Marwan was on a trip with six of his brother-in-laws and family to attend his first NFL game in Dallas Texas. He was able to attend his first NFL game, but, unfortunately, he was not able to finish it. Marwan passed from a sudden heart attack during the third quarter.

<div>Marwan leaves behind his loving wife, Melissa, and their four children, who are now facing an unimaginable loss. The suddenness of his passing has left them in shock, struggling to come to terms with their grief, and now, they are also facing significant financial challenges.

<div>Melissa, who is now carrying the weight of both her grief and the financial burden of raising four children without her partner, needs our help. As she navigates this incredibly difficult time, we are asking for your support to ease the financial strain that has come with this tragedy. <div>The death toll climbed to more than 5,000 Tuesday after a 7.8 magnitude earthquake and a series of violent aftershocks early Monday morning destroyed thousands of buildings along the Turkish-Syrian border.</div><div><br></div><div>Rescue crews in both countries continued Tuesday to pick through the rubble for victims. More than 20,000 people were reported injured.</div><div><br></div><div>These organizations said they were on the ground in Turkey and Syria to help victims and were accepting donations. </div><div><br></div><div>I wanted to reach out and let you know I'm coordinating relief efforts for Turkey with my brother Bassam Hadi. For those of you who do not know, my brother lives and works in Antalya, Turkey. He is boots on the ground working with his community and business partners there to establish temporary housing and provide supplies to the victims. If anyone is interested in making a monetary donation, please do so through this avenue. </div>
