Since July 2024, I have been attending court at least once, sometimes twice a month, for child custody. In January 2026, the judge ordered Saturday visits because the father had not appeared in court even once, despite being ordered to show cause. Every Saturday, I travel to the next town to try and see my kids, but the father refuses to comply with the court-ordered visits, even when officers are present. I have spent all my money filing papers, obtaining CAD reports, and paying for gas to get to visits and court. There have been over 16 missed visits due to his noncompliance, and I have two upcoming court dates. I am still required to attend each visit and court date, no matter how long this takes. The funds will help cover gas, court fees, and service fees so I can continue to attend court dates and scheduled visits. After months of court dates, a lawyer, paperwork, gas costs, filing fees, and service fees, I have been financially drained, which is why I’ve had to start this GoFundMe. Any support, whether it’s a donation, a share, or even words of encouragement, truly means more than I can explain. I’m not going to give up on my children, and I will continue to do everything in my power to fight for them and show up every single time, no matter how difficult this process has become. Your help will go directly toward the costs of continuing this custody case and making it to every court date and scheduled visit.
