My name is Arthur, and I’m starting over after being released from prison. I’ve made the decision to transition into sobriety, and I’m seven days sober from fentanyl and cocaine. I’m tired of losing, tired of the cycle, and I’m finally ready to try something different and build a new life for myself. I heard about GoFundMe through friends who encouraged me to reach out for support. Right now, I need help with the basics—things like a vehicle, a safe place to live, food, water, gas, and a phone. These essentials will help me stay away from people who are using and give me the foundation I need to start fresh. I want to do things differently this time, and having these resources will make all the difference as I work to stay sober and rebuild my life. Your support would mean the world to me.
