My name is Eddie Gzus, and I am the founder of Soul In Conditioning Faith Understanding Knowledge Ministries, a community organization dedicated to promoting Health, Love, Awareness, and Wealth through education, fitness, food sovereignty, community service, and cultural empowerment. For years, we have provided free nutrition plans, free exercise and breathwork sessions every Saturday, community wellness education, youth mentorship, and opportunities for people to improve their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our mission is to empower individuals and families with practical tools that help them live healthier, stronger, and more connected lives. We are raising funds to expand our community food forest project by purchasing fruit trees, seeds, soil, compost, tools, irrigation supplies, and educational materials so we can teach people how to grow their own food and become more self-sufficient. We believe access to healthy food and knowledge should be available to everyone. Funds will also help us continue hosting our Love One Another Festivals, where vendors, artists, farmers, musicians, and small businesses can participate at no charge. By removing vendor fees, we help entrepreneurs keep more of their earnings, grow their businesses, reach new customers, and strengthen the local economy. We believe thriving small businesses help create thriving communities. We proudly work alongside Krishna Kitchen, which generously provides free meals to the community. Our organization contributes by providing space, organizing events, coordinating volunteers, promoting outreach, and creating welcoming environments where people can gather, learn, connect, and receive support. As an H-LAW (Health, Love, Awareness, and Wealth) Practitioner of the Temple of Hip Hop, personal trainer since 2003, health educator, and community organizer, I have dedicated my life to helping others improve their quality of life. Every donation helps us continue offering free community programs, free nutrition guidance, free breathwork and fitness sessions, food-growing education, youth development opportunities, and events that strengthen our community. Community Family, Since 2019, Krishna Kitchen has quietly been feeding the community healthy, nourishing meals at no charge. They feed everyone. No matter their walk of life. Rich or poor. Housed or unhoused. No questions. No conditions. Just food, dignity, and care. They have never asked for anything in return. Right now, their food truck needs repairs. It will take $1,700 to get it back on the road. That truck is how warm, healthy meals reach people week after week. As we move into Christmas 2025, a season meant for giving and remembering what truly matters, helping Krishna Kitchen would be an incredible gift. A gift that feeds people directly. They’ve never asked. But today, we are asking for them.
