- My father recently passed away. I was his caretaker and now I'm in charge of the estate. There is no money until I can sell the house. In the meantime, I've got house insurance, taxes, etc. I'm starting to sell things to pay the bills, but I've got to start a business also so I have money to live. Landscape and house cleaning are my side jobs that I'm trying to build clients for. I need help with costs until I can get the momentum going. Please help.
