Help Support Sara’s Children

Last night, our beautiful friend, Sara, was tragically taken from us in an unimaginable act of violence. Her sudden and heartbreaking loss has left an entire community grieving, but the greatest loss is felt by her two precious children, who must now face life without their loving mother.

Sara was an incredible mom. Her children were the center of her world, and everything she did was for them. She loved them fiercely, worked hard to provide for them, and dreamed of giving them the best life possible.

We are creating this GoFundMe to help support Sara’s children as they navigate the difficult days, months, and years ahead. Donations will help provide for their immediate needs, counseling, education, funeral expenses, and other costs that arise as they begin this unimaginable journey without their mother.

No amount of money can ever replace Sara or heal the pain of this tragedy. But together, we can honor her memory by helping care for the two people she loved most.

If you are able, please consider donating. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to donate, we ask that you please share this fundraiser and keep Sara’s children, family, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.

Thank you for your love, compassion, and generosity as we come together to support Sara’s children and honor the beautiful life of an amazing mother, daughter, and friend.

Support Sara’s Children After Tragic Loss

We are heartbroken to share the loss of our beloved son and brother Darren Echols, who lived his life with incredible strength and courage despite the challenges of cerebral palsy and other health complications. He brought so much light, love, and resilience to our family and everyone who knew him. As we navigate this unimaginable grief, we are asking for support to help cover funeral expenses and give him the memorial he deserves. Any donation, no matter the amount, means more to us than words can express. If you are unable to give, sharing this and keeping our family in your thoughts and prayers would also mean the world to us. Thank you for your love, and support during this difficult time.

Celebrating Darren's Strength and Light

On August 17th, the Lee family was coming home from a football scrimmage when they were in a horrific car accident. Their youngest child is home with family friends and is well. Trisha, Larry, and Jayce are still recovering in the hospital and need our small town family support! The donations will go towards supporting the family during their recovery journey!

Update: Larry’s condition is substantially the worse and has an extremely long road of recovery with surgeries, healing, and therapy. All donations will provide for the income their household will lack due to him not being able to work for a substantial amount of time! This is the reasoning behind the increase in the financial goal!

Support the Lee Family's Recovery Journey

We have a precious family whose house caught fire New Years Eve. Luckily no one was home and everyone is safe but the entire upstairs is gone, which is where all the bedrooms are located. They are a family of 6 who will have to replace a majority of their belongings. This is a devastating way to bring in the new year and we want to help them in any way we can. The Meeker’s could really these funds to replace belongings like clothes, shoes, personal items, etc. All 4 boys play sports. The youngest who is 5 plays baseball and needs all his baseball equipment. The 7 year old plus football and basketball. They are about to travel and are about to play in s select football game. They will have to replace all the equipment needed for these sports. They are staying in an air bnb their church set up. Insurance can’t replace their belongings yet and won’t be able to for some time, but that won’t stop them from needing everyday things. They lost coats, blankets, and all most of their Christmas gifts. They will need help from time off work having to meet insurance adjusters and contractors to start the reno process.

UPDATE: Please help support Lacy and the kids. JD lost the battle with Covid and the family will not receive any Life insurance support due to timing of JD’s job transition. Please donate what you can to support this family as Lacy makes the transition to main supporter for her family. We appreciate everyone who has lifted them up during this dark and sorrowful time. We believe JD is a miracle even in death. He will impact lives through his story and the Key family will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Thank you to all who have loved on them. Continue to bless them in the coming days and months. ❤️

This sweet family has endured the unimaginable over the last 15 days. JD, Lacy and their son all contracted Covid 3 weeks ago. After managing the best they could at home JD begin to show serious signs of decline. He was scheduled to start a NEW job Monday 3/8 but the Friday before he was rushed to the hospital with extreme labored breathing. He was immediately admitted to the Covid ICU where his oxygen was in the 25% range. He has remained in ICU ever since. After a few good reports showing improvement on the Covid pneumonia things took a drastic turn in the wee hours Wednesday. JD had to be intubated and coded 30 minutes later. The medical team brought him back with CPR efforts but he would go on to code 2 more times with Lacy at his bedside for the last time. Again he was revived with CPR efforts but later His liver and kidneys began to fail and Lacy was told to prepare for decisions no wife every wants to make. Wednesday afternoon 3/17 things began to show Signs of an absolute miracle. God has held this family in HIS hands and after a full day of prayer Jd is improving an his body is stabilizing!! He is receiving dialysis for his kidneys and they are responding!! Please continue prayers for this family.

JD is the main provider for his sweet family. Asstated in the beginning, he was to about to begin a new job Monday 3/8 but was instead admitted in the hospital. We want to ease the burden of income and expenses on this family so they can just focus on bringing JD back home. We pray over financial burdens and insurance issues that could arise with the timing of his illness. We want to bless their family so that they can fully concentrate on the important things and not worry. This could be a long journey and they need us. Please consider giving to them. All the support and prayer is so appreciated!

Help Support the Key Family

Hello everyone, this week I have received the worst news anyone could imagine. My husband and Best friend has been diagnosed with cancer...after a week long stay in the hospital we still don’t know what kind, we just know it is latter stage because of the tumor growth and blood levels. We are in for a long road of tests, and treatments.

David is the primary provider for his family and we are both self employed. Therefore have no medical insurance, unfortunately the system doesn’t make it affordable if you make a living wage so we have to do what we both have never wanted to do, ask for help.

David has always been the man to do for others in a blink of an eye and would never want anything in return, but he is reluctantly allowing me to create this go fund me to help with monthly expenses and treatment expenses.

We have 4 beautiful children, all adults and out of the house, but we need him. He is our rock and his well-being is our main priority. If we can take the burden off him he can focus on his health and fighting this cancer.

Back story: In august he noticed a small lump under his arm, he continued to work and pretend like it wasn’t there. In November we both had Covid-19, he continued to work after that and the tumor began growing rapidly, I asked to see it but he hid it from me and continue to work until it was as big as a softball, it finally outgrew its blood supply and necrosis set in. Still not knowing it was cancerous we went to ER to have it lanced. In doing so the ER doctor unwilling caused massive blood loss sending him to Hospital by ambulance. Where blood tests revealed he had a white blood count if 41,000, his hemoglobin was way low from blood loss. After 4 days of IV antibiotics and a scary diagnosis of stage 4 multiple myeloma (melanoma) and poor prognosis. That they later retracted, Thank the Lord, they still do not know what the tumor is...he is very ill and willing to fight with all he has left in him.

It is with a humble heart that we put ourselves out here and appreciate each and everyone who donates and thank you for your help.

If you cannot donate monetarily, Please pray for healing.

Thank you,
The Cornett Family
